Delay Is As Murderous
For what he weakly fought
Others eagerly sought
And one hurriedly bought,
His dreams ending in naught:
Getting away, never caught
And to him grief brought…

Of course, he can’t go to court:
If he wished drown by a seaport:
The lesson to learn: “Hold your fort…

Just like wild animals – Dangerous
Delay is as murderous…...

My Heart Alone Is Left To Stand
My heart alone is left to stand
among the coast of lonely sands
which drip and drip through endless time.
What is my goal, what is my life?
I search for answers hidden deep
within the sea of mysteries
and murky depths of my despair.
To which seaport am I to sail?
adrift with seaguls in the air
I see the clouds looming with hail....

Harbored
You keep me anchored
Safely moored to the shore
A beautiful harbor
Is where I reside
A sweet cove secure
From the incoming tide
Dare I drift away

Although a storm comes today
I'm not pulled into the black
But sweetly stowed in your seaport
As you bravely battle the fray
And I'm forever in your court
As I'm lovingly locked away....

Some Memory Lanes From My Friends
I thank my friends for everything
I cheers to life, to demonstrations
To flights, to chess game plays
To city neon lights at the seaport
To ceviche and mangoes in my youth
To everyday life writing poetry
To sunset viewing and appreciation
To support, to love, and be loved
I'm afraid to delete your phone number
When I really get used to it calling you
But for now I just fly down memory lane....

Premium Member Newport At Night
City lights sparkling,
mirrored in the Bay,
multi-colored jewels—
amber, rose, and green,
crystal, diamond-white—
gracing bridge and buildings—
mansions, pubs, and shops—
fanciful reflections of
countless points of intrigue.
Neurons, lives entwining—
schemes, ideas, and passions—
complex as a motherboard,
vibrant as a heartbeat,
fertile and entrancing,
as though fashioned by a
cosmic magician’s spell....

Water
Where there's water, there's life
Truth that never debated
Water is one source of history
Of life, commerce and interaction
Water may form as river, seaport, oasis or lake
It's where the first contact of communication
It's where the first interaction happen
It's where the people make a living
It's where the exchanges of goods dealt
It's where the foreigner first do business
It's where the great leader first assembly
It's where the society first began....
