dream was more vivid than most
three doves carrying signs
without reading them I knew they said
hope, peace, love
was I doing enough to garner that?
I rethought myself
I can't think
Can't write
The irony of this poem
Is so great dispite
This black block
Weighing heavily on my mind.
So small yet so there
It's hard to define.
Uhh
Dang!!!

There are no other words
that better describe…
So I rethought the terms
‘future’ and ‘past’
Bringing them into my
perpetual present
To feast,
—instead of fast

There are no other words
that better describe…
So I rethought the terms,
future and past
Bringing them into my
perpetual present
To feast in the moment
—instead of fast

Yes, we spoke till midnight
shared heartfelt thought.
Your glance watched with delight;
there's no rethought.
Realize you aright,
I feel your thought.
Your gesture speaks feelings
I realize.
Your look, I know meaning
I'm not surprised.
No, I'm not concealing
felt mesmerized.
Even when you're silent, I constantly
get your communication instantly.

Moon girl was desperate to experience Halloween
She had to beg her daddy, the Harvest Moon King
Just once, he told her, but only one time, understand?
She took her kitty Slithers, the time they had was grand.
Harvest Moon King felt a bit guilty now.
She had dressed up, and was truly a wow.
He rethought his position and granted her once a year.
Moon girl and Slithers were so happy, they had to cheer.
A singing voice grown il
A blooming flower broken
A story kept in mind
A thought that went unspoken
It's not what they expected
It's not what they had dreamed
It's a stronger will to rethink
It's not what it had seemed
The cataract of thought
The water flowing thickly
The sight too dark to see through
The sight that lies there sickly
They knew it was the end
They did it anyway
They rethought all their choices
Their thoughts at last astray.
