I wasn't always this Mad
you see
I was gazing at you
and you me
I waited to see if your wolf
matched mine
We could have raced the stars
Bliss divine
You sit there obliviously
I sit here writing Mad Poetry!
Turning tides have no worries, they roll on, obliviously.
In their wake the shifting sands bury secrets, centuries old.
Turning tides recycle sands and cleanse the womb, of Mother Earth.
Wake me if I've become stationary,
satiated with the ordinary.
Nudge me if I am complacently numb,
ungrateful and obliviously glum.
Unfold my eyes if they're mindlessly closed.
Wake me from heedless sleep if I have dozed.

I obliviously walk through my house, which has been on fire for quite some time...
My boats' almost totally submerged, as I look for quarters amidst dimes...
Bullets graze my hair as through this battlefield I stroll...
I think this hill on which I stand, is actually a hole...
It's three in the morning - the grave silence breaks my soul,
the glass on the coffee table is empty,
obliviously I water my soul, it will bloom too.
Some birds are chirping in my chest - they sound like cuckoos.
Old stories bequeath the saying that when they cry,
they shed tears that heal all diseases.
A flower is still in bloom
As the summer exiting soon
And, the sweet smell is tempting
But, soon it will lie down
To give way to a sprouting bud
Then butterflies keep hovering
Of differing beauty of the future
Obliviously, time may have walked so fast
And, the bud reinvigorated
Later to spread out her exotic petals
Flower, you are endowed not abandoned.
