Filthy filthy
Foolish flake thieves
Dirty tricks up their sleeves
Hurting good people and destroying our earth-
Their very essence has no worth.
The duds of humanity
The ickness of vanity.
The mere mad misers-
The filthy filthy
Colonizers !
In a world full of
misers and robbers, he gave
away prizes in
cash. His generosity
I applaud and wish to say
we get back what we
give many times multiplied.

desire we surely have. He
will get more than what he gave.

Inspiration: Recent contest where he gave prizes of poetry soup membership to many.
At the portal gate,
I was denied access...
But God made me
pass through the hole
of the needle...
They denied me
the soup of the poor,
for me to perish...
But from above I received
food from the gods...
The misers denied me
coins for my livelihood...
But a righteous man offered me
portion of his profits as an aid...
they wanted to delete
my memories
and feelings...
But from the higher I received
divine poetry for
my inspiration...!
The man collected sunsets the way misers collect gold. He carried them in notebooks, jars of memory, fading photographs, and stories repeated so often they became scripture. He believed beauty could be preserved if only one looked hard enough. Yet every sunset escaped him. Every crimson horizon dissolved into darkness. Every perfect evening became another relic. In old age he discovered the secret too late: beauty survives not because we possess it, but because we release it.
