Dura Lex Sed Lex
Poor accused there is always parallax
he's always guilty no other syntax
for rich the law is mollis
     rich are always flawless

Lex Talionis
my body cast
in stone
for ye

who throw
the first
i'll throw

it back
not needing
to ask why you

unto me
but an
eye

for an eye
forgotten
foreign

old texts
of testa
mints

testing
my breath
it now smells

fresh...

Premium Member The Oak Branch
The branch
Of the mighty
Oak tree
That hangs so free
All bent
The grey brownstone
On the corner of
110 and lex
Survive
And
the old
Haggard man
A Survivor
All bent
Points up
To the oak
While the young
Boy looks on
in
Reverence and hate
A reminder.......

Another Battery
if a car is
a lemon
then it
has

soured
but a
lemon
when

given a nail
of nickle
and a coin
of steel

with a wire
between
the two
hooked

to a light
bulb of
the size
of outside

christmas
lights it
will
light up

so if life
gives you
melons
then

perhaps
you are
in the
dark

and
dys

Good Wins the Wars
Be it Hitler against the world
Be it Rachelle against the Musketeers
Or even that blood thirsty rebel leader
Somehow, evil loses the war.

Be it Superman against Lex Luthor
Be it Batman against the Joker
Or even Ben 10 against Vilgax
Somehow, evil loses the war.

And in the ultimate battle
Of the greatest good against the greatest evil
Satan has always lost the war....

Expectations
I want to be synthesis,
be thesis...
I want to feel a lot
a sum, but being one...
Being of the ground and the air
be from the sky and be from the sea
to be, crazy higid... mentally sane
corpore sano
lex sed lexis...
be a dreamed metaphor,
live pleonasm,
active particle of the universe,
towards the infinity of God...
be of love forever
To be a totally spiritual being... !...

A Southern Lady
There is a lady I know
She is not considered slow
She is my sister Lex,
She is no hex to me

Southern born and Southern raised,
She is a true Southern Lady
Born and raised in NC,
As country as can be
She is rough and tough and loveable as can be,
You couldn't touch her with a 10-foot beam

She is as kind and loved as there can be
She is often compared to honey from a bee
She is as slick as grass in July,
Golly oh me, how lucky can I be?...

Profane Speech
Profane Speech
Russel Abdur Rahman

There is no history that everyone is blind at night
Murk has eye, Lingo and it likes to love with hungrily song
And bear pulses of light!

Dirty time wouldn’t stable, history will sing changing song
It seems imperious habit of a fruitful creation.
No history of injuries of the earth only life be injured
There is no clearing house of body
If breaks shrine for taciturnity no responsibility of progeny
It is lex or habit profane or pure....
