Rainbow

Prism, separates the light into colors,
Majestic, bright colors
Archer's bow, from north to south

Pot of gold at your end?

God's promise, God's arch
God's hope for a brighter tomorrow
Noah could see God's light and radiance

Streets of Gold at your end?

Kyrie Eliason

Your light has always shone on me
the grace instilled with deep belief
I light a candle and say a prayer
I can always find You there
when I pray on bended knee
or a quick "ask" where ever I may be
an answer always come from You
kyrie eleison, shine Your truth

The Lord My Light

The Lord is the light my heart seeks hope from on high,
it will rise in me a fury of joy of the most high,
for I see darkness flee in terror of his love for me,
his light shall scatter the despair in the air,
as the storm gives way to those who praise,
my spirit swells with peace from on high.

There is subdued talk in the lowlight rooms
And outside the skies wear a dove grey bloom,
The wintry light seems brittle edged
To the suns brief course, the day is sped.
Gold and green leaves on their branches whip
Robins fly and land with a quick hop skip,
Then clouds are parted
A shaft of light comes through,,
As before night falls; bids us the sun adieu.

Sunlight

The night is almost gone
Perhaps almost beyond the shaded dark
The hour of light to soon belong
Some whence for life to tell apart

For ones’ eyes only to see
If seen shall light be of day?
And my eyes yet seen to be
The dawning to simply light my way

Rays drowning shadows
For begone are than my shaded night
Anew are hopes revitalizing sorrows
For a return came whence the dawning sunlight

Lost

I have no light
  its dark in the woods
     i must seek food& shelter
         im hungry
              my hands cold & hard
                   my skin dirty &
stiky
                         but my love
for God stands strong
                               my hope
is ahead of me running faster
than i am
                                     but in
the dark i found the brightest
light there is......

God
