Premium Member My Toes

With tenderness, she caresses
My toes and calmly impresses
The gunk inside
Smelling aside
They are quite ugly, distresses

Eye Gunk

God intended to put eye gunk on people's eyes when they wake up so they could see and clean their faces first before looking at other people's faces...

Having a Cold

When a cold is the thing that you’ve got
You may cough or may sneeze quite a lot
	And the gunk that will issue
	To each crumpled tissue
Seems harmless but really it’s not!

Premium Member Grooming Myself

My fingernails are filthy
Looks like they are digging ditches while I sleep
I begin to groom myself like a cat
I do not use my tongue, I use other nails
Nails scraping gunk out of other nails
Hoping to put off my bath until Wednesday

Premium Member I am disgust

I can churn stomachs, with a stench of truth
An abscess filled with maggots, pus profuse
As I feed off gunk, new nerve ends take root
Raw language in my words, not gross abuse
Yes! I am disgust, old wounds fear my fruit

Premium Member The Happening Spot

Poetry Soup's it.
Virtual, cool spot,
Of poets from all;
Corners of the globe.
Just sharing verses.

Our ink differs,
But that's okay.
We learn from that,
And start to grow.

Some days the
pot festers;
with much gunk.

With time,
Turns back;

Good.

Before You Hire That Cleaner

Before you hire that cleaner,
Check their pockets for 3 things that will get your house cleaner.

A wooden toothpick will get rid of the gunk that stops your taps being cleaner,
A wooden oven skewer has a longer reach to make an oven cleaner,
A tooth brush to work its magic to get clean even cleaner.

Premium Member An 'I Won'T-Go-There-Alliance'

A mysterious corner of the home
    where human critters never roam
  perhaps behind a major appliance
    wherever forms an 'I-won't-go-there-alliance'

  Fall and Winter, sticky gunk sneaks in there
    posing a challenge, daring a dare
  Dark crevices emit strange odors and squeaks
    ~ I'll wait 'til Spring to take a peek

Premium Member Mama Always Said

Mama always said...Son, mind that bump

The road is wide and the load we dump

So, Mama would dare me

But, fear would impair me

I'm Petrified Forest...Forest Gump!

In Vietnam, Lieutenant Dan thunk...

Me and Bubba should just share a bunk

But, the bunk was loaded

And Bubba exploded

I'm Chunks in the Forest...Forest Gunk!

In Turbulent Times

G-reat place in turbulent times
E-difies your true faith;
N-o hurricane can crush the path toward heaven's gate.

S-trong fortress in turbulent times
A-ims to bring comfort;
L-et your hope stay alive,
C-ome into the Lord's support.
E-arly ninth of September,
D-efeat the gunk and grimes;
O-bliterate the wicked ways, be firm in turbulent times.

Premium Member The Past Like Bubblegum

The past like bubblegum
Stuck to your shoe
Slowing you down
When it clings like glue

Your soul spreading gunk
With every stride
That awful mess
You try so hard to hide

Take the time have a seat
Take your shoes off
Take a look at your soul
And scrape the crap off

Roll it and poke it
And check it with zeal
Then finally flick it
And see how you feel

Premium Member Tomorrow As Today

What if you were the only one that believed in something;
And the world as mad gunk has you sliding into unintended traverses.
You find love before it has begun!
This solarized released, this rippling and broadening gulf...
The wings of cautious believers rise only slowly...
Tomorrow is another day,
Yes, though you have discovered
Tomorrow as today,
In the rich infinitum
Of love's fresh boast.

Premium Member Eye Gunk

When we wake each morning We're blessed with this stuff called “eye gunk” Annoying as it is we are all blessed with it Pretty sure animals aren't afflicted If they were they would scratch their eyeballs With their claws and scream bloody murder Can you imagine the excruciating pain This would cause unbearable discomfort to say the least The only way to avoid the pain altogether Is to curl up in the prenatal position and die
