I Have Nothing On

I have nothing on
But truth
I don’t wear dishonesty
Your treacherous,
Name brand labels
Infect the body with
Falsities
I’m stripped of deceit
And naked with honesty

Thoughts, Intrusive

It comes at night, a tendril below pillowcase.
It comes in a café, steam rising in accusatory curls.
It comes when reading, words spooling into wordsearch loops.
It comes in conversations, translating words into true falsities.
It comes within noise, an invisible barking that hunts in silence.

Perception of Angles

By the reflection of I;
the sun thought with.

If to look across the bay,
shadows crept with contemplation.

I scorned and led into falsities,
with blind glare of self.

Yet the whole was a-part
and the shine became weary.

In knowing, I departed to
the unlit dock,across.

Many travels recently with dim, still
never let my mind see all.

For if, the Reflection upon
was the same as the other.

Broken Compass

What is left?

When your rights are simply wrong?
When my north is mostly south
and our shortcomings last too long?

When is up?

When my highs are lowered down?
When good blends into evil
and arc angels are not around?

Where are you?

When my what's fold into why's?
And the falsities of our truths
separates the you from I?

Why is it?

When simple questions posed to thee?
Are sated with complex silence
and deadly answers live in me?

How?
