I'Ll Continue

I love the break of a new day
Despite the disheartening fact
That yesterday I may have lost the way;
I'll never let past regrets abduct
What the future for me labors to create;
I'll instead for days of relief wait,
Even though they may seem to tarry
And the approach of strife appear to be in a hastened hurry!

My Feelings Are Poetry To Me

Its not a poem~
Its just a thought~
I have words I want to say~!

Take me for what I am,
A writer of words
A speaker of what needs to be said~

Not for you to judge
what I have had to say,
but for the FEELINGS I have said.

It may not be "Haiku" it may not be "ABC"
But what I have to say is poetry to me...

My Valentine

My love wanted candy...
so I went to the Mart
but I couldn't find
anything as sweet

as what's her heart
she wanted flowers,
I could find her no roses

so I gave her long kisses
in super large doses

she may nag and she may whine
yet, I could find none truer
to be MY ...
                                      Valentine.

Lend Yourself 2k10

Lend I thy lips;
That I may then kiss them?
Lend I thine ears;
That I may then speak unto thee?
Lend I thine eyes;
That mine may then find yours?
Lend I thy hands;
That I may then take one and peck
th' other?
Lend I thine arms;
That I may then too be hugged?
Lend I thy legs;
That I may then walk beside thee?
Lend I thy Heart;
That I may then harken thereof
a blessing pulsating?
