Who art Thou oh Lord to me
The heart within my heart
The soul within my soul
The breath within my breath
Yet wretched mortal in me
Knows not how to love thee
Knows not how to find thee
Knows not how to yearn for thee
my heart, but not for you;
In a heart, in vain.
Does a heart ever fade,
No my heart only remains,
In a chest in very big steps,
for a moment and now listen
heart,
what is it that makes it an attraction,
my heart, but not for you,
in a heart, in vain.
Form:
For thus my heart ache
for a song that is written
For thus it break
for a love that is given
Hear my heart as I cry
for my voice breaks in silence
I’ll be humble, as I lie
just let me feel your gentle presence
That each time, I’m a live
I’ll look at the sky then smile
And say,
now, I can die.
