Path of Destruction

Why do people daringly walk the path of destruction?
They see pleanty get devour on that path,
Yet those individuals obey folly's instruction.
Do they gave thought to the aftermath?
I think they need a genuine eye bath.
These people are warned on time to reverse.
Cause, when Grimm Reaper arrive to ravage souls, will he converse?

The End May Be Near

Death is slithering around you,
Taking us slowly one at a time,
He smiles and laughs at us few,
As he walks around in his grime,
He thinks we do not know,
There are few of us that do,
His presence he shall show,
To those who have no clue,
He loves the taste of blood,
And screws with our lives for fun,
When the people throw him in the mud,
From that day on no people shall he shun.

Jerry Reed

(DEDICATED TO JERRY REED WHO DIED SEPTEMBER 1, 2008.)

He starred in the Smokey and the bandit films and in the Waterboy as well.
When it came to acting and singing, this man excelled.
It was plain to see that he was a country boy.
He's dead now but he brought people lots of joy.
He made millions of people laugh and now he's making them cry.
When it comes to such a great man, it's hard to say goodbye.

Unstoppable

Silently it stalks. Searching endlessly for those who ignore all warning, living like there's no
tomorrow. Shamelessly, it passes these people and slowly drags them down. Feeding on
their ever growing weakness, it grows stronger and quickly spits away days of the future.
Each day being a hopeless fight for survival. These people soon let go, becoming yet another
victim of the unstoppable killer of today.

Martin Luther King Junior

Today is Martin Luthor King Junior's birthday; a day that we celebrate.
Without his influence, Barack Obama probably wouldn't be the President of the United States.
He wanted black people to have equal rights.
He didn't cower in the face of this fight.
He knew that some people are consumed by hate.
Sadly one of those people took his life in 1968.
Martin Luther King Junior died for what he believed in.
People shouldn't be prejudice because of the color of skin.

Hollywood Hills

A stream drowned those in a limousine
Artificial light lit the floating obscene
Cheap people with rich ideals
Water way to go down the Hollwood hills

The ambulance was too late
And suffered similar fate
Caring people with floating pills
Water way to go down the Hollywood hills

And a news crew came to cover the scene
Floating bodies made them faint and they sunk to the stream
Insensitive people with sensationalist wills
Water way to go down the Hollywood hills
