The crown of the stars,
The night-goddess wears,
Brighter than the diamond studs,
Each luminary shimmers.

His bright rays and home in Heaven,
Leaves in oblivion the setting Sun,

A mousy light filters a tracery of sunset, dappled beams succumb to gloaming. Evening stretches moments for the rescue of wreckages, to calm the upheavals of disheveled hours.
