FAITH IN GOD WHO PERFORMS HIS WORD
God performs His Word of doctrine’s purity
By His timeliness along His immutability
So true with His great certainty…
Hence, we believe by faith for our spiritual maturity.
God performs His Word of understanding’s enlightenment
By His teaching along His counsel for our discernment
So wise with His perfect judgment…
Hence, we trust by faith for our devotional commitment.
God performs His Word of divine vision
By His instruction along His commission
So directive with His supreme decision…
Hence, we obey by faith for our ministerial decision.
God performs His Word of salvation’s assurance
By His compassion along His mercy’s perseverance
So gracious with His heavenly endurance…
Hence, we treasure by faith for our everlasting deliverance.
God performs His Word of blessings’ fullness
By His provisions along His faithfulness
So generous with His wondrous bountifulness…
Hence, we share by faith for our thanksgiving fruitfulness.
God performs His Word of knowledge’s choice
By His precepts along His standard poise
So clear with His exhorting and warning voice…
Hence, we study by faith for our holy fight against deceitful noise.
God performs His Word of victory’s delight
By His triumph along His might
So bright with His glorious light…
Hence, we serve by faith for our stewardship height.
