Forgotten
Have you forgotten me, am I deleted
From your memory, and my archive as well?
All by yourself, you take life as completed
Is there nothing to share with me, to tell
What’s new, how it goes, how the river flows
Or if you don’t like the river metaphor
I suggest time, in case you might know
Where to it slips and what this is for
Deceived by imaginary deception
I look for you every time when I’m here
Beside the desk, but there’s no connection
With you these days, cause you adhere
To the principle of the highest degree
Which only a few can reach, but you’re there
Working out something, without me
Around and about, but you don’t care..
I wait for you with words still unsaid
I come here with love I've not known
There's a rose bud in your garden bed
There's a bird on your fence that hasn't flown..
