The Man .....
Before they talk you outta loving me
before they tell you to say no
I want you to see the diamond
I have bought you
take my hand and we can go
I know a place , a bit to eat

Baby It's all on you just take my hand

The Woman

Believe me I'm honored

the same tomorrow you try'na sell me
one of those kisses might make me see
it's beautiful
awe i like the ring
I guess we should start planning
our wedding and everything
our honeymoon who you want to sing
I'm hungry a bit to eat

Erase The Human Race

With one empty space
I can erase the human race
From the daze of the gray haze
When the days create the case
For an ironic song of wrongly structured
Verbs where every line is on the curb
With one solitary tap of the keyboard
I can record morbid and sordid chords
Abhorred by the hordes of lords
Who were painted so high on the fly
Like false dimes in time to rhyme
On the memory of a fallen poet
And we could surely blow it
We all know it
With one line we define our humanity
On the pages of insanity
Locked in the basement of vanity
Our fingers feverishly fingering
A fake falsetto
Over orange skies
Like flies we flock to the newest thing
Which brings us to sing of rings and bling
While we fling the wings of the king
The keys are falling all around
Found and bound and bounced
And flaunted by the haunted and daunted
Who thought they could do the right thing
When the fight tonight on this moonlight sonata
Could bring the end to our technological structure
It's with one empty space
That I can erase the human race

Premium Member She Is Me

She poured all of her pedantic thinking
Into poems as though each were a painting.
Words like drops of paint meant something.
She never cared if some perceived nothing.

Like her essays, voice tends to be verbose,
But she is sure some are not even close.
She oft writes her unspoken feelings away,
Slowly liberating her soul day by each day.

She poured all of her years of growing pain
Into structured forms; hopes to one day gain
Acknowledgement she too is a true artist,
As well as one who can understand any gist.

Like her past lives, she writes from her heart,
Despite compromised mind, she makes art.
She is me, so I'll always write my poetry,
So someday, my poems shall tell my story.

Premium Member Gainsborough Phrasis All Is Simplicity Rected

ALL IS SIMPLICITY
Create a little business for
the Eye to be drawn from
trees, to return them with more
glee.Variety, lively touches,
surprising effects to make
the heart dance so pictures
walk out from their frame.
All is simplicity and elegance
almost motionless plainness
in a grand style. The eye may
be cheated by appearance and
size, as a tune confused by a
false bass, a fictious bundle of
trumpery in poetical impossibilities.
Fools talk of imitation and
copying, all is imitation, what
makes the difference,not genius
or conception but performance.
From Thomas Gainsborough letters

imagery and figurative language
                                    to create the thought needed

                                       making the interest known

Don't You Want to Know

She spoke of his fathering as something
way different from her mothering style
they both stood to applaud him when
he received the diversity of Science award
for his research. That day I applauded and stood
proud saying what tomorrows have we
that the science of now is the way of tomorrow.

Yet every compliment is a smirk from
the frustrations of human loneliness.
Echo's the lonely parrot
who's never been companioned and he
only knows the ways of humans.
Must then the selfishness of man cause him
to be lonely and in need.
Far from the natural ways of belonging.
Strange and lonesome.
Far reaching to create the character of a loner.
Find him some one to love and appreciate said his
loving mother: once she realized that he has
been worked and structured to be seen as
lonesome and evil.
" The Mad Scientist" will not be nurtured
he shall be loved and loving as Godfearing as
we have raised him!"
then we shall worry of those who envy him? those
who then shall be in opposition of his togetherness: that
they might smear his name to gain his woman's hand. Divide
them due to there position and maybe dispositioning.
Wishing to be where someone is in there
found position without
appreciation of what he or she has losted to gain.
From what position might we stand to deter those
who wish and envy?

Stabilzation to be normal! Love makes the world go round!

LEARN TO LIVE FOR ONE ANOTHER

Simple are the laws of pristine nature
Flowers bloom, birds sing in simple manner
*****sapiens didn’t foresee mind of future
How complex it’d become on verge of being sinner.

Evolution constructed sets of human values
Empathy embedded in good will became a trait,
An axiomatic need, survival instincts invented to use
In structured societal norms not resigned to fate.

Complex times clouded the modern minds’ vision
Altruistic intents appear shrouded by motive ulterior
Social chaos sends dire message with asseveration
It’s time now we learn how to live for one another.

Premium Member What If and Would You

if in one endless moonless night
suddenly I might lose my sight
would you promise to stand by me
and continue to protect me tenderly

would you gingerly hold on to me
and still call me your sweet baby
should I ever abandon all my senses
suddenly make a mad run for the fences

would you gently cradle and rock me
and sing me a sweet soothing melody
should I ever succumb to melancholy
with somber whims and bouts of folly

would you still find it in you to cherish me
even remarry me wholeheartedly
should I lose all sign of memory
and forget everything you meant to me

my darling, I’ve never doubted deep in my heart
my love for you I’d never want to fall apart
we promised to stay by each other’s side forever
thru life’s hurdles we’ll ease on down the river

WINDS OF HEAVEN
The faintest sound,more plaintive
a handful of rain,a yellow glow
a multitude of sighs soothes
the senses.The moment is gone,
the dream is done, the air full of
blue, the colour of air where soft
clouds melt.A breath of wind,honey
sweetened,delicate, gossamer like
ephemeral.Thought lies at the horizon
