The mountain shimmers.
Morning sun.
A snowdrift glimmers.
Shadow fun.

As the sun rises,
a strong wind
blows in surprises!
Warm air kind.

No wind chill, thawing.
Snow melting.
Avalanche warning!
All daunting.

Those that did not heed?
All now dead!
How many hearts bleed?
“Sorries”, said.!
