Angelic Lullaby

She holds you spellbound, tempts every sigh,

her voice sedutive by its lullabye,

Her meaning envoking the unspoken word

Ever tender the call of her lovesong

This angel who thrives on the air of your breath

The movements of her heavenly rhythm

Closer calls the invitation to feel her rhythm

Succumb to her female sigh

Ever so gently she releases her breath

The gentle sleep of her restful lullabye

Bequiled you fall to the music of her lovesong

With nothing more than the unspoken word

What secret does she keep so closely guarded? the unspoken word

The mystery of her movements swaying to her rhythm

How could a mortal man resist such a lovesong

His resolve given in a surrendering sigh

Returning his words in anticipation of her lullabye

He barely manages to catch his breath

His chest bursting with the urgency to take a breath

Her eyes adoring yet still there's the unspoken word

Her song intensifys a passionate lullabye

The wind caressing nature to respond in rhythm

His need urgent as he pleads with loving sigh

He know's the ending of this Angel's lovesong

This captivation held by the chorus of her lovesong

How could such an angelic understand yet allow such loss of breath?

Again his strength fails him as he hears the relentless sigh

A language alien yet familiar, the assurances of the unspoken word

Delicately the harps resound the perfect rhythm

As his soul escapes to listen evermore to the enchanting lullabye

The sensations of her sound unbearable as she continues her lullabye

What kind of music is this she sings, this immortal lovesong

That holds a mystery unto itself, the defiance of her rhythm

Still he holds to his last dying breath

As she witholds the saving grace of the unspoken word

And all he can do is sigh

As this lovesong continues to play, immersed within the lullabye

His breath weakened to the faintest heartfelt sigh

Surrendering completely to her rhythm, the beauty revealed, the unspoken word.

Can I Still Sing You a Lullaby(I Hope This Opens Your Eyes!)

"...and if that mocking bird don't sing... mamas gonna buy you a diamond ring"

Can I sing you a lullabye?
At night, when I can no longer fight the tears or pretend to be healed....
I sing to you
and beg you to forgive me?
Do you hear me?
Angel of my womb
dagger to the heart
I did it
I did it to myself
with no one to blame
I contemplate suicide
and wear the shame
on my sleeve
hoping someone will come up to me
and ask me how it feels to be a murderer
so I can look at them dead in the eyes and say
"I walk dead....
my soul committed suicide after that night"
baby... my baby... put up a fight.... betrayed by her creator...
all those pro choice persuaders
are killing the voice of tommorrow with their voices today
i fell astray and following the clan
I let them convince me that I had a plan and she just didnt fit in with it
innocence shattered with my choice
no chance to share her voice
I silenced it
silence.......
Empty...
body full of blood, and lost love, and a fields of children screaming begging
pleading asking "wheres my mommy" "i want my mommy"
small clothing, childrens drawing... and me walking
living
breathing
free
while my baby bleeds
bleeds for my mistake
for my hate
the moment you were conceived did u smile and thank God to be in me?
Did I confuse you by feeding you and rubbign my belly
Did you prepare for you death....
Did you of think of your mommy as less?
No words can convey how much I miss you...
I wish for one second I could kiss you
inhale your smell and exude it with my love
Im haunted...
I heard you cry that night
Saw you die that night
Could you ever forgive me?
the pain lives within me...
everyday ...i promise you... you'll always be my first
I dont want you to cry.... baby please forgive my sins... your memory lives within..
Can I still please sing one lullabye every night to remind you thats it alright...
mommy is still here... and shes sorry....

You Are My Sun

1.
When all of our days of toil, they are done,
and peaceful dreams of love do come to our mind,
I find my way to you, you are my sun,
in my peaceful dreams, my love I shall find

And there you are by the ocean of love,
a golden delight by the ocean blue,
come, my beloved, to heaven above,
where tonight, I share love’s own dream with you.

My golden star, in beauty how you shine,
for you, my heart does sing love’s lullabye,
my beloved, you are ever divine,
come into my arms and here we shall lie.

The door of my heart opens when you smile,
to your glory, my heart does reconcile.
2.
Love is the glory that we two do share,
come into my arms and gold I do hold,
to you my love, there is none can compare,
in dream, the story of our love is told.

My golden queen, in love, your heart does sing,
I now find your glory here in my arms,
I know the love that you surely shall bring,
before golden sun, I shall know your charms.

Your temple leaning so tight into me,
lips that are divine, meet mine in a kiss,
in no other place would I long to be,
than here within your arms, feeling such bliss.

Your love whispers on the breath of a sigh,
never between us shall there be a goodbye.
3.
Now be with me on the warm golden sand,
I caress your glory in love’s embrace,
our love now displayed and I understand,
I hold divine wonder, within your grace.

Your eyes smile into mine, singing there song,
I lose myself in their light which does shine,
before your glory, I always belong,
I am your love and you are ever mine.

In the warmth of the sun, our love displayed,
we now shine together, a living sun,
in primal passion our desires arrayed,
we are together until night is done.

Together we lie, held in love’s embrace,
I see my all in your beautiful face.

And Her - of a Friend's Muse

Out of the depths of my soul comes my Lady
Across heart and mind to spread a light
Radiant as the slender moon as she
Floats the still black waters of the night
The universe comes into being
In the shadow of her presence
And seized by the vision I am seeing
I'm drawn by a longing so intense
Entranced I would fly to pull her to me
And could I hold or would I
Overwhelmed by her mystery
Tumble back down the dark sky
With all of heaven too far above me
Condemned to the earth beneath
Imprisoned in this small life I create
Bewildered by this bitterness and grief
And left in the deepening silence to wait
My soul locked and chained within
Without her my spirit unable to rise
Denied the grace of inspiration again
To see the world with merely human eyes
So far from the one that produced
Wholeness of vision beautiful divine
The heart of the unseen reduced
To words once made to live and shine
By love of light from which they sprang
Fashioned first by woman and as fine
As any woman's child who lived and sang
The songs his mother taught in lullabye
While still enfolded in the arms of her who brings
This joy from which I stand apart estranged and shy
To suffer love perhaps to learn to love all things
And recognize in the lowest and most mundane
Forms hidden behind her often closing door
Are echoed and mirrored in the most arcane
Authority that I have honored so much more
And charged with the burden of my own success
Required to learn what silence has written
Is more than any tongue can express
Or struggle to contain and fit in
The emptiness of words if stirred to verse
When all is her and her eclipsed I find
The eloquence of love can be a curse
So much greater than this little mind.

Little Child

Welcome little child.
Welcome to the wild
Now open your eyes and see all that is untame.
You have a long journey ahead
many miles to tread,
but for right now within your mother's arms you must remain.
Her kindness and love,
Are a gift from above.
programmed instinctually just for you. When God placed you in her arms
it triggered an alarm,
for you
there's nothing she wouldn't do.
For food she searches high
like an eagle in the sky
and at night like a nightingale she sings a lullabye.
Like waves of an ocean
there's something about her motion
that prevents you from wanting to cry. You are compelled by a tune.
She hummed when you were in the womb.
Now the tune is comforting with a light scent of perfume.
She sings a story
of a carpenter's glory
who died to save souls like you
one day you'll understand
the importance of this man
and furthermore you'll realize it's true.
Her love is never-ending
her time is ever bending
Her soul is surrendering
To the king.
Because there is no other
Who can truly love her
except he to whom the angels sing.
So In her arms you'll remain
for knowledge to attain.
She'll protect you and guide you through a world gone insane.
So respect her with honor
for the role God's placed upon her,
and she'll show you that the world can be tamed. But first she'll go through..trials of Sorrow,
She'll beg, plead or borrow
For the Love of her child
she'll Venture where you won't follow
She walks with the knowledge that there might not be tomorrow.
So let it be told there will never be another for the lord says behold
This is your mother
Little child.

My Pretty Thing

Morning comes
I'm glad to see
time to wake
my pretty thing

sleepy eye's
yawning sigh
wash away the
teary eye's

time to dress
look your best
brush your hair
you make me stare

time to eat
time to pray
thank the Lord
for food today

then it's time to say
good bye
listen to my baby cry

kiss your head
and promise to
hurry back real soon

all day long
I think of you
my little girl
how I love you

tinker bells
pony tails
ice cream cones
toy telephones

almost noon
time to call
baby wish you
didn't fall

wait till quarter
after three
then my smilling face
you'll see

hate to say
good bye to you
little girl
I love you too

all these people
bossing me
can't wait to see
the end of day

then it comes
before I know
the end of day
time to go home

can't wait to see
my pretty thing
can't wait to swing
her on her swing

but first I'll find
her a surprise
I want to see
her smilling eye's

then I see
the Greatest thing
my baby running
straight to me

then I hand her
the surprise
a little doll
with big brown eye's

here you are
my pretty thing
a little doll
to love you too

just the thing I
want for you
what you give me
i want for you

then you look into
her eye's
almost made me
want to cry

little girl come
and eat
then I'll give you
something sweet

come lets go
to the park
let's go home
before it's dark

then we'll wash your
toe's and hands
send you off
to sleepy land

just before we'll
kneel and pray
God bless your
little heart today

A story and
a lullabye
kiss your head
and say good night

Time After Time

Time After Time
When they found him he was wet, shivering, naked and under three burlap blankets. His skin was riddled with insect bites, bits of leaves and indescribable things were embedded in his flesh. He had been struggling to finish what may have been a beautiful lullabye to a baby hummingbird when he had been discovered. He repeatedly uttered the following in a melodioc yet tragic and desparate yearn of passion.......'Forsake the slake of moonlit rise, for take the make of heartbreak prise, be my glory, my story my endless relentless tries....just be and be for me and mine'. ........ They covered him from the cameras as they walked him away from me. I stood in the days fading light at the bottom of that canyon. I knew this was my chance. My chance to be never afraid. Time after time I'd been afraid. I watched him in the distance and I had a choice to make. I could remain my final hours in the haunting moment as the dessert became a frigid and massive coffin or I could scramble my way up those canyon walls and break free into the night. Either way he was safe.
The sun was a sliver behind the western hills and I remained. To my left was my body. They never looked for it just for his. Thankfully before I died I was able to cover him with some material from our wreckage. My body was decayed and chewed. I remained. He was safe.
Time after time I make the choice.
Insanity.
Morning has risen and here they come again to look for him. He's covered and singing his sweet little song. I stand in plain view as they walk him away. My body is just bones now and I remain.
Time after Time.

The Dance

Illumination comes only
From the far side of the room,
A faintest glint of yellow
Amidst the blackness and the gloom.
No thoughts or feeling left
     Except anticipation so pure;
Let the music play—
          Whilst they stand now,
     Dance, they shall, soon.

His touch on her, a delicate caress
     Upon her skin;
Cradled, she is, gently
     Like a fragile figurine.
And as she lay her head upon
          his chest,
     He held her close;
The circle closed by their embrace
     Became, to them, the world.

The first of many notes play on,
     A song from long ago,
A lullabye of broken promises
     And bitter loss;
So soft, and yet it scratched the scabs
     Of wounded memories,
And flared the pain of hurts
She most not want to reminisce.

He raised her face, to his surprise,
     Tears welled from her eyes;
The most sincere and honest gesture
In a place of feigns and lies.
Should he, could he comfort her?
     —no, she pushed away,
Mumbled an excuse, as if ashamed,
     And left in haste.

A mystery of life, up to this day,
     He can’t digress,
How he found admiration
          —attraction?—
in that moment of her weakness.
Is it compassion? Is it pity?
Is it love that’s doomed to fail?
‘Cause if it is, oh,
     the consequences it entails.

It’s closing time, last call for
     Goodnight kiss before they part;
Tomorrow comes to sell love
     To another’s waiting arms.
So in a day or two, what’s been today
     Won’t ever matter,
For when the music stops
Then the dance is truly over.

Letter To Whoever Forgot Me

Will you sing me a lullabye before I go?
Dear Mom and Dad, I want you to know
My young heart is beating, my eyes fill with tears,
I pray that your love will conquer your fears.
God knit me here, you are my lifeline,
Will you sing to me, sweet Mother of Mine?
If you do not want me, please give me away,
There are loving arms waiting that want me to stay.

You will think of me each day of your life,
And the doctor who tore me from you with his knife.
Why would you want us to suffer this pain?
If I'm lost forever, what would you gain?
My Daddy, Listen, can you hear my screams?
Help Me! I cry for you in my dreams.
A farewell lullabye, please sing to me, Dad,
The pain is so great and I am so sad.

My heart aches to see, to feel and to touch
The Mom and Dad who I love so much.
Will I never run, or sing, or play,
Or hear the kind things that mothers say?
I would love to see Grandma and play with toys,
And hug my Daddy like most girls and boys.
To money and things my parents are drawn,
But when their arms long to hold me, I will be gone.

The tears of the Angels flood Heaven today
As I join fifty million souls who perished this way.
We are crying our hearts out and trembling with fears,
But ours screams for mercy fall on deaf ears.
Does anyone out there have compassion for me?
When I was crying and in pain, you let me be.
You let me go and made me feel blue
Do you really know me the way you do?
