Bouncy jouncy lemon cake
Made by grandma who loved to bake
Rolled into balls, it bounced fine
We did not like lemon, orange or lime
I am a bouncy dog, a bouncy boy, a bouncy frouncy jouncy joy
I am a persnickety cat, a precious joy, I am a terrific friend, a furry boy
I am a dragon who’s wagg’n, with scales out to here, I am a dear.
I am a bear, I can eat you all. See my teeth and paws? I feel your fear!
Gray dawn,
A yearned yawn,
My foot on cold white marble.
Gush to the stop,
With marathon stomp,
Bourne to jouncy travel.
It's mainly inspired by my initial feelings on first day heading to a new job i always dreamt for.Hope you liked it.Please give remarks of appreciation/criticism down in the comment box.
