Poetry Lineage

I am a son of the verse and the word,
                                 the spoken and written word...
I am the fruit of platonic love
                                 between carnation and rose...
                                 in truth I am made
                                 of meat and flowers,
                                 bones and dreams,
                                 muscle, blood and truth,
                                  and mostly I'm made
                                 of poetic immateriality
                                  that is poetry...!

Here Comes That Poetry Again

Poetry is the immateriality of the text,
poem is the concrete text, materiality
           of poetry ...
           Poetry is deep,
           poem is form ...
           Poetry is depth,
           poem is clothing
           and formality ...
We only have poetry if we materialize
the verbality of words, phrases and verses
           unlike worldly conversations of
           everyday... !

Premium Member Sentient Beings

I hear the breathing during my torpor,
                             rapacious immateriality rustling,
                                like some raptorial raptor,
                          like some alternative whispering.

Am I sensing sentience in otherworldly form
                              or projecting my own panic?
                          Have I contacted unearthly norm
or am I becoming chronically manic?

                        Count me among humans incapable
of messaging with any other species.
Nature’s diversity makes this fact inescapable.
Earth’s living order is full of mysteries.

In what fog could I detect extraterrestrials?
Might I be oblivious to their presence
or might they enlist my manic essentials?
Indeed, such beings may signal their sentience.

Betrayed by my excess
Caught and restricted
Deniably distressed
Ever since that Thursday
Friday came too soon
Guilty in the worst way
Hung out under pains moon
Insinuating my recovery
Joking, laughing, weeping
Karen made a discovery
Laura left not sleeping
Made me a warm bath
Narcotics were my death
Owning a broken hourglass
Pretending I needed rest
Quivering in withdrawal
Regret fills my immateriality
Seeing what I really saw
Through out my immortality
Using to stop the itch
Vindictive by nature
Waiting to make a switch
Xerox my dirty paper
Yearned to be me again
Zealous and uncondemned
