Just Keep Trying

The verdict has yet come in,
The pleas and sympathies,
Are running thin.
No lights at the end of this tunnel.
The curtin,
Begins to close.
One last horrah,
For our ole' boy.
It's curtain time,
Once again.
Cannot call this one,
The seventh inning streach.
The end of act four,
The crowd jeers loudly.
Just Keep Trying
