Premium Member Monkey Man and Tabby Cat

Monkey Man found in his perpetual boring bachelor flat
A darling tiny yellow spotted domesticated tabby cat.
The thing was mewing, and needed some milk.
Her coat was smooth, just a tad bit courser than silk.

Monkey Man embraced his privacy with a hermit type love.
But this helpless baby kitty snuggled up in a boxing glove.
He did not have the heart to throw it out into the wild.
It would have been eaten quickly, in a way not so mild.

He found out baby cats drink milk after he asked all over town.
With some coaxing and begging the baby drank half of it down.
You have to burp it, the old wives had told him relishing his plight.
Or you will be walking it as it wails from tummy ache all through the night.

Burping it was his undoing, it is when he became the cat’s daddy.
He lied to others about how long he kept it, and named it Paddy.
Six months later he was about to release Paddy into the wild
When he realized with pride, he couldn’t for this was his child!

Yoda

Yoda was the rad dog
Rad enough to sing
Singing all the bad songs
Sad enough to sting

Cryin for the bad hounds
Howling in the wind
Vibing out for sad songs
Warbling as he spinned

Growling for the mad dog
Courser as he grinned
Blurten out the sad songs
Sweeter on the wind

Stephanus Marcus 4

Stephanus Marcus Book I
Canto I
Verses 6 and 7
Young Guenevere was maid to Katharine.
That damsel worshiped Marcus more than life.
It pained her so to see him go between
the other knights as bold to face the strife.
Her mind was sliced with vision's sharpest knife:
him slain on plain away from castle keep.
If happened, she would never be his wife;
there couldn't be another moment's sleep.
Scenario brought ache, the pain was very deep.

Stephnus Marcus reined his courser straight
secreting rose from sight beneath fur cape.
With heel the charger he did goad from wait
and entered moving line that he must ape.
Now over mane of steed head low did drape,
and smile most painful showed much care on face.
Quick wave of free hand gave a sorry scape,
his try at leaving bravely showed no trace
for melancholy spirit sealed his pain in place.
