Did I just have a seizure? What happened?
I’m home alone, so was it imagined?
Again reality has been broken
Are these words real or merely unspoken?
As reality returns to the moment
My mind turns to another opponent
There’s a plate full of crumbs in the kitchen
Clearly I didn’t take my insulin
Find the package and count carbohydrates
Prick, prep, inject – oops I’m in dire straits
There’s a used needle right there in the bin
Confusions and delusions soon set in
My head really feels like it’s spinning
And I know I will never be winning
Give those chocolates and cookies to me
Wait a moment, is that biscuit gluten free?
