We Are Independence!

We are Tausug Nation
Defending independence
Free from the enemies
Stood not to get oppressed

Our Nation ruled
Of the country’s independence
Never conquered from then
We shall develop our land

Our country, nation is known
Home of courageous person
Bound only in one faith
Never care of the death

Tumantangis, Dahu peaks of our land
To Bagsak, Sinumaan
And to all the mountains here
Only one God is aimed

Zamboanga, Basilan, North Borneo, Palawan
Centre is in Sulu land
Ruled by the Sultan
From the early point of time

Our nation is united
In the name of faith is complete
Only God is firm
Determined not to get conquered

Land of the pearl garden
Sulu Sea in the world is famous
From the South and North
And East and West

Blood of Martyrs flowed in the vein of the Sug Nation
Fought to defend
Flag rose like Vinta strip
Eternal pledge appeared

Job Hunting

No matter where I look
No matter how hard I pray
No matter my urgency and its drive...
I cannot find a job...

I'm pained by the agony of suffering
for hope... faith beats me...
perseverance is growing winded
and despair is as familiar as a smile

And I continue on like this

as the seconds only bring me closer to more nothingness
and I sit in the chair of discouragement and rub my head for comfort

You see, I lie to myself and tell myself I'm happy and feel this lie
so I don't have to wade in depression of the truth of how low I am...
by poverty and its constraints... and its consumption of my entirety...

and I beg God for help...I beg you now again God I can't go
on like this much longer...

(the next day I got a job!!!! Ha!)

The Unions : One For All and All For One

before labor unions came into existence businesses were run like monarchies
where those in positions of power treated the workers atrociously
no sick days, no overtime, no vactions and no minimum wage
and some work place conditions were worse than an animal's cage

but throught the grace of God and American ingenuity
the laborers joined together and the unions came to be
organized for the advancement of the shared interest of the work force
a confederation of laborers who at one time had no recourse
fired without cause, no work injury compensation and hardly a lunch hour
but with the labor unions now in place the workers have a measure of power
bargaining for health insurance and decent salaries
negotiating for better conditions and job security

thank God for the unions as collectively we band
one for all and all for one, united we now stand

Faith.........

I'M FACE WITH A TRAIL THAT
HAS PARALYZED THE EMOTIONS. MY
FAITH IS ON THE JUDGEMENT SEAT THERE'S
SO MUCH COMMOTION INSIDE MENTALLY. CASTING
DOWN THOSE IMGINATIONS THAT TRY TO INTIMIDATE.
THE WORD OF GOD COMFORTS MY SOUL. REMINDING GOD OF
HIS PROMISES. KNOWING THAT HE CAN NOT LIE. I REGAIN MY
STRENGTH AND DRY MY WATERY EYES.............................

I'M THE STRONGEST IN MY WEAKEST.
I REFUSE TO GO TO THE PLACE OF LODOBAR.
I AM A CONQUEROR INSPITE OF CIRCUMSTANCES. I'M
LIKE CREAM IN COFFEE I WILL RISE TO THE TOP.MY FAITH
WAS ON THE JUDGEMENT SEAT.THROWN IN AN INTENSE FIRE,ONLY
PURIFIED THE RELATIONSHIP.........................................

Premium Member Face To Face With Death

The day I met the airplane face to face
Just going out to work awhile that day
Never knew I could be meeting death's race
Working for Census Bureau_month of May

Just going out to work awhile that day
Client list in hand maps to draw that's grand
Working for Census Bureau__month of May
Lovely drive early spring __last stand

Client list in hand maps to draw that's grand
Never thought that this could be last journey
Lovely drive early spring blooms__last stand?
Didn't know God had my life in hand_not on gurney

Never thought that this could be last journey
But when that airplane I met on a curve
Didn't know God had my life in hand_not on gurney
Pilot out window motion_already swerve

But when that airplane I met on a curve
Never knew that I could be meeting death's race
Pilot out window motion_already swerve
The day I met the airplane face to face...

Time and Work

Ecclesiastes 8:6NCV
There is a right time and a right way for everything.
John 6:27
Do not work for food that spoils, but for food that endures to eternal life.

We wonder sometimes with great worry about what time will bring. We must remember that
God has given time to us as a gift. God was present at the beginning of time and He will be
present at the end of time.

We cannot fear for the future because it is God's hand on eternity. It is you who dictates
your time by the choices you make. We often feel there is not enough hours in the day to
accomplish our tasks. We often feel there is never any time for ourselves. Remember to ask
God to help you, and He will show you where and how to find the time.

God will put your mind at ease with time. Time is a gift, and everyday is yours. God wants
you to live free and without worry of time. He will walk with us every step of the way every
time.

As all of us on Earth must work to sustain our lives here, we must also remember to work
for our spiritual well being. Your relationship with God will provide you with the food for your
spirit. The food for your spirit is a great variety such as wisdom, understanding, joy, peace,
love, and patience. In this job you have only one boss and that is God. That is a great
comfort in knowing you have such a great boss as God. This is a perfect side job, working to
feed your spirit. Start your application process now by praying to God. He will surely hire
you and your spirit will be fed.
