Acceptance Without Exception!

A primeval well accepted tradition
Once married a girl need to adjust
Even if the in-laws burn her to death
Put on a smile in front of the society
No authority to follow owned rights
Yes to all decided by unity except her
Get up each day with warmth for all
Even when it kills her thousand times
As marriage is a constitution to drive
Change the life of a girl without asking

A man’s world widely accepted by all
Women after all seen “behind” success
Esteem is so called the wealth of men
In the chauvinistic driven modern world
We talk of technology and progression
Yet the hearts within still unsecured
If women will really get empowerment
Will hamper our proclaimed self esteem
Keep them in veils, trap them in rituals
Many societies follow such strategy!!!

Safety and security for working women
Still a big question in this global forum
As change is feared to accept equality
Devils in form of men disgrace the esteem
Shaking the humanity and human culture
Acclaimed as the posh section of society
Hiding the deeply wore scorn in their face
Still there are instances so vivid and clear
Where prime religion is to worship Women
World prospers, whirls air particles in cheer

Why then apprehensions at some places
Still to accept the esteem of each other
Equation will be so fruitful and simpler
Self esteem of each will increase by itself
Protect a culture which gives growth to all
Adopt new changes and walk with time
Acceptance without exception…
Adds to self esteem of nation’s emblem

Why I Write

I try to describe my self,

To ascertain who I actually am.

To uplift the self,

I finally have to give a damn.

I always wished to pen,

Just didn’t know as to when,

And how to ascertain,

A shot that’s nowhere to end.

Wow! I am this,

Oh! Why don’t I know that!

Yipee! I have it,

Grrrr! Why can’t I try that.

I wanted to be free,

I wished I had a special she.

But all would be in a spree,

Once you get a money-tree.

But ain’t I got one in the yard,

So better I, now again, work hard,

Since that’s how I can make it that far,

To transform my life into a beautiful card.

Then I planned a lot,

But t’was the following that I did not.

Yet always I wanted to crack the pot,

On the first shot,

At the very spot.

What I forgot,

Was to plan a plot,

That targets a dot,

On the pot,

For the shot.

I dreamt of many a thing,

But ain’t I got nothing,

Wonder why???

Well that’s obvious unless you try.

Within I tried to inculcate,

The passion and spirit to fight.

But long did I wait,

The fire failed to ignite.

There were times when I cried,

Somehow wished someone by my side,

Off my heart, tears continued to slide,

But never I let them to my eye,

T’was then I realized,

For none wait the time and tide.

Life to some is a cage,

To some an empty page,

And to many, about wage,

But to me……it’s a big stage,

Where you got to perform,

With and all your form,

So as to leave a mark,

For the later age,

One that’s never to be erased.

In my note,

On every page,

I try to quote,

With all my rage,

In pursuit to control my age,

And free the self from all bondage.

So from everyone did I brush aside,

And finally chose to decide,

To get rid of my conflicting side,

Of my heart, I made a divide,

And individualized every side,

Then, finally, I chose to fly,

With a side,

That would get me high.

As such, I resolved,

Before life’s dissolved,

To use my reynold,

And get the self evolved.

Now a balloon I inflate,

With the smoke from fire that isn’t so bright,

But believe that’s enough for my initial flight,

Coz am …….determined to FIGHTTTT.

Sub Waters

My inner self bellows into the deepest sub waters.
I am embraced with a complete silence as I flow
through the chambers of the waters. Flowing
softly I hear the sounds of the water causing
echos of flashing lights.

Leading me into a delusional state I give myself
to the sub waters. Hundreds of sectors
penetrating the waters as it causes massive
dimples.

The bellowing of my inner self transforms me
into a part of the sub waters. I flourish as
the currents move me into different
directions. I expand and multiply and
survive off sub water plants.

I am surrounded by a tunnel of darkness
where the waters stop and all that remains
is a brilliant light hovering above.
