I looked in her eyes and all I saw was plastic.
The look of unreality; something not alive.
She tried to hold him; she tried to care.
She couldn’t help the fact that she was never really there.
The evil in her eyes; such an unfaithful soul.
A heart that was boiled in nothing but metal.
Her body was fake, her postures skimpy.
And he fell for her; she didn’t catch him. He’s limping.
He felt like he loved her; he made himself care.
Did he even know what her real name was?
Sitting on the outside watching him abused,
I couldn’t take the on look of watching him get used.
She was so far away; though to him she was right there.
A devil wearing the mask of love.
The mask was all he ever paid attention to.
There was somebody else for him; he didn’t care who.
None of these words matter; they may never be heard.
I see deep inside, he is scared and alone.
Drowning his real feelings in this and in that.
Not seeing how this girl was really just a lying rat.
She’s a beastly vampire draining him of life.
A ghost in the fog called love using him.
He is the insect, and she the spider.
He’s caught in her web, and she may light him on fire.
Within his soul I know he is scared.
He has instincts in which he pays no attention.
Maybe one day he shall be saved.
But it’s his innocence in which the Empusa craved.
She got him; she drained him, and now he is done.
There is no more left of the perfection I saw.
She was never anything of reality.
Nothing but cold mentality.
Here we are,
we just met and yet,
I can't seam to get you off of my mind.
I know that it's wrong,
I know it's not right,
but that doesn't seam to matter.
When I first saw you,
I admit,
that it was your looks,
that had my heart beating fast.
The longer that you were near,
and we talked,
and laughed,
I fell in love with something else.
The way you talked,
the way you laughed,
the way you smiled when you looked at me...
when I looked at you.
It was the mixture of these things,
that had me shaking nervously.
I may be young,
and I may be naieve,
but I know what I feel,
what I feel for you.
When we talk,
I feel as if I can tell you,
everything that there is to know,
about who I am.
When we kissed,
I felt the world grow brighter.
It may never happen again,
but just that one kiss,
was enough for me.
When it was over,
you looked at me,
and I at you.
You asked me what?
What was I looking at?
and I said you,
just you.
I may not be the person you see.
Who I was may not be who I am.
I may look like, but not be like what you expected.
I may hide myself under layers of lies
but I just want to know
who cares enough to look inside.
I might not seem like I'm worth the time
but I promise I'll make your time worth while.
You may have doubts, so do I.
do as I do. Push them away and look into my eyes.
I can read that thought quivering in your mind,
I read it on your face, line by line.
everyone wants to be cool,
the popular kid in school.
But all it does is make you mean,
or make you think you are better
then a king or queen.
It makes you think that your all
that, and that you are phat.
But it will never last,
it will go away so fast.
You may turn into a smut,
and just want to be known for the
classes you cut. As an adult you
may not know what to do,
if you had always been spoiled through and
through. You may go for fame,
but try so hard you are pathetic and
lame. You might go on the streat to
beg for something to eat, because you dont
know what to do cause being pampered
is all you went through.
You may be cool at the time,
but it will be over quicker then this rhyme .
