Best Stretchable Poems

Death of a Lover

Once there was a Love so blissful and colorful
Every word that uttered forever are truthful
Sweet caressing soothing sensation
whisper melodies for relaxation

Over the years of a beautiful relation
Never came a sad story in the situation
Foreverloved everything is meaningful
Memorabillas are all unforgettable

But life of all is really unstable
One must go to his destination
We all go under in different time and horizon
Love will remain but life is not stretchable

You touched me in a most special way
waked me with a beautiful sunshine
Unbelievable that we became sinful
Forbidden love i know you are mine

I want to sacrifice to make your life whole
If only i can give my breath to your soul
For now i must give my faithful vow
In front of cold body of my loving man!

And the Girl Fell In Love With the Pizza

I carefully break the crusty circle
As I lift a slice of cheese;
The chewy, stretchable goodness
Clings and breaks off as I please.

I lift it close with both hands
And inhale its warm, cheesy smell;
It sends a spasm of hunger
Deep into my stomach’s well.

I temptingly take a nibble;
The gooey warmth fills my cheeks;
My tongue finds pepperoni and pineapple,
And the flavors explode in peaks.

The fluffiness of crust, the chewiness of cheese,
The spiciness of meat, and the tanginess of fruit
Collide in my mouth, sends my taste buds whooping
And my stomach grumbles and gives a hoot!

I can no longer refrain!
I can no longer restrain!
I stuff my face until
I can no longer contain.

Premium Member That What Was Then Is Becoming and Now

When the Universe created the Universe and allowed for challenge

It was quite open to change and the preponderance of ageing times

Youth is not a crime and the respect for seniority has to be earned

Oh my Lord let there be earth under heaven it might have intuited

A primordial bang and atoms swished as mute mutations ensued

It had not considered that people were to talk back or quite forward

Like moody teenagers or wayward sycophants refuting the Source

Seven days later the mess was complete and an apple indigested

Abel was disabled and begetting begot generations of philistines

Time is a stretchable concept but conception quick and unpredictable

Dinosaurs passed in the flash of a pang before stones turned to bronze

And into dogma of gold mined for the pockets of inequality and gluttony

Arcs for walking on water and one lousy fish for many wretched souls

A sole and meagre bouillabaisse yet diamond soles on feet in contempt

Dinosaurs came and went stones turned to bronze and with it tools

Of destruction where synthesis and harmony should have prevailed

But that was then and there and today is here and now and counting

We have lost the abacus in computerized algorithms and the plot in the

Process of post modernity and post selfies and trivia on glittering face book

Discarded essence and existential meaning on face value of tale telling times

An icon once had a different meaning as smiling faces are arrested in botox

But not all is lost when social media and mediums hex and bewitch the planet

Opium for the masses finds novel experiences addicted to shallow delight

Ten Year Challenge before and after a self-righteous pride in rigid acclaim

A decade is a miniscule timeline of Self that speck of dust in a galaxy

And thus I cherish my wrinkles the grey in my hair the scars and defeats

Have no need for glossing and photo shop and for the denial of passing

A crooked tooth here or there and a broken crown of vital humanity

And thus I will not diminish my hunger for living in the moment of truth

Purgatory

PURGATORY

As this old, rusting, worn out metal cup
Is pushed into the fire and is purged with heat,
Colors change with the dying phases of morbidity.
At first red angry as it senses the approaching end
Of its usual life of strength and rigidity of purpose.
Presently orangely happy, easily bending and released
From the twisting and burdensome past.
Now yellowly cowardly at the unknown future
As a flexible stretchable soft substance.
At last, white and innocent it is born again, as liquid.
A new form, new life, pure, reformed :
Now this cup runneth over*

Dieway

soaked hands in Gasoline
pouring rage of kingdom rein.

Mother graffiti hangs her picture
frame,
shotguns hang in her doorway.

crawling backward, crying at anything that moves,
I discover that garbage cans listen.

rewind
rewind
rewind!!!

hearts are lean on wheelchair island.

the only man
is the man
who carries the bag.

slow stretchable strides behind the wind and rain.

wheels begin to spin at the luck of holding.
