Best Sonbaby Poems
On the night, of my twentieth year.
A shooting star, I saw very clear.
My wish was, said into the air.
A baby to love, either or, I don"t care.
Many years later, the wish all but forgotten.
Until, the night of his birth.
All the wait and worry, he was well worth.
Moonlight kissed his cheeks, as he first nursed.
Calm, comfortable, warm, and just fed.
I snuggled my newborn, in bed.
Stars from the window, were shinning above his head.
Nothing more beautiful, enough words, could never be said.
As I turned, for just, one more look.
My breath, was actually took.
A star exploded, as if the sky shook.
Definitely, something for the baby book.
Was I reminded, in a special way?
That my wish, had only been delayed.
A miracle, all the doctors say.
My baby boy, he was born today.
Mom loves you Cameron
Four beautiful baby boys
I'm always telling them to pick up their toys
for they leave such a mess
I really do wish they would leave me less
We take walks outside
and always enjoy the stroller ride
we love each others company
and the beautiful scenery
They love playing their video game
if I try to play they just say mom your lame
I may not be the cool one like dad
but I think I'm kind of rad
Four beautiful baby boys
they all make such wonderful noise
wrestling and fighting over toys
screaming and laughing what's not to enjoy
Now it's time to snuggle into bed
after all the story books have been read
kisses and hugs and sweet nothings said
till their fast asleep with their pillows on the bed.
* This poem is to my 4 beautiful baby boys( Austin,Jordan,Brandon,Gary) mommy loves you so
much!!!!*
Where is the one I once new
My little angel dressed in blue
Now you stand here a young man
No longer do you want to hold moms hand
Where did you come from so bold and so brave
Fighting off spiders and flowers to a girl you gave
In four short years You will be gone
My baby so big so strong
How can it be that time has flown
I closed my eyes and you were grown
I know you will always be my baby in my heart
But seeing you now tears me apart
You so indepenant wanting to be free
Were is the little boy who needed me
I know what I am doing you say
As you go off with your friends to play
The phone call came on a Monday,
My wife had taken the day off,
I was working in the office
Dreaming about a round of golf.
For years we went about it naturally;
Then artificially we tired,
But pregnant we could not get;
My wife cried her poor eyes dry.
So we went down the adoption path,
Even though forty was in the rear view mirror;
The desire to nurture an infant
In my wife was never clearer.
The phone call came on a Monday;
We thought we’d have more time.
A baby boy was delivered that Sunday
In the last minute the mother made up her mind.
“Can you get on a plane to Chicago,
And pick up your baby boy?”
My wife nearly fainted at the sound of those words,
Overtaken with so much joy.
Nearly seven years have passed since then;
Our family grows stronger in every way.
Spencer was our special gift
When the phone call came on that day.
A couple had a baby son
Their hearts were filled with joy
But fate would rear it’s ugly head
It involved their baby boy
I’m lending you this baby
But he’s MY CHILD is what God said
For you to love while he’s alive
And mourn for when he’s dead.
It may not be for very long
But look after him for me
Until I decide to call him home
Whenever that might be
His love will brighten up your life
Even if his stay is brief
At least you’ll have his memory
As solace for your grief.
I’ve searched the whole world over
To find a couple who
Could be trusted with his care
And so I’ve chosen you.
So will you give him all your love
Or think it all in vain
And turn against Me when I come
To take him back again?
This all really happened
I’m sorry to relate
To a Souper family member
Back in 1958.
This tribute is to Mark
to his family I attest
his soul is safe in Gods great hands
and he's at eternal rest.
Dedicated to Bob, Vera and family.
A baby is a special gift
something great
to give you a lift
A little one
for you to raise
To comfort and cherish
threw the days
Although the years
may go slow
You can watch
your baby grow
Teach them what
they are allowed
What you see
will make you proud
Love and cherish them
from dusk till dawn
Because before you know it
they'll be gone

Last night a sad dream I had,
This one, for me was quite bad.
I was at work and my baby I did see,
He knew right away it was me.
He broke away from this person other.
The new one he was to call mother.
Into my arms, my child flew,
There was no other joy to compare to!
My youngest son, my baby boy,
Oh the feeling of utter joy!
He says" I want to come home Mommy".
Oh Lord the pain hits like me a tsunami!
I awoke with a start!
Breaking was my heart...
Tears streaming upon my face,
The pain just won't erase.
For me the pain is with me every day.
It will never ever end I dare say!
