Mock Marriages

The dolls wed in mock marriage
And lived together
Till they were in rags
And forgotten forever

They too wedded when doll like
Dreamed together like none else
But their marriage a mock  
Only lasted for a while

Mock marriage which is of the two?
The dolls’ or of those who are dolls
Who wait for time to turn them into rags
Or choose to be rags before their times???????
