“Thanksgiving’s Substance” (Internal rhyme)

T-hanks my soul for everlasting life, I am freed from mind’s strife,
H-eavenly Godly material, Love’s faith ethereal,
A-ngels appear as human flowers, they are of God’s powers
N-ever a thanksgiving cheer, without paranormal is clear,
K-ingships of which no strong winds, torments mustered of strife thus ends,
S-aving grace is thus evenly spaced, of Love’s happiness face,
G-iving honor not receiving, Love’s faith is in believing,
I-n core of a Godly being, is consciousness of seeing,
G-iving I am offering thanks, from love’s river of life’s banks,
I-n giving blessed gratitude, I shall give in multitude,
N-o more of storm clouds shall arise, as the illusion subsides,
G-od’s gift given all of Himself, reception is all that is left!

D-ocile of love’s complete bliss, by the Master Wisdom’s sweet kiss,
A-re illusions of prehensile self, as carnal mind I shelf,
Y-es, thanksgivings complete, as my new persona love I greet!

Thanksgiving Day

Through the years of harvests and droughts domain
Happy for each blesing the thankful heart remain
Abundance of faith supply the feast of famished souls
Nurtured in contentment where the season rolls
Kindness is the door that welcome men from grief
Sunshine brings hope cornocupia from the fall's dry relief
God bids gather family and kin, bids us remember
Incessant answers to incessant prayers, so we may praise
Victories from his throne. What change then would canker
Implores of piety? What bowels empty where bread decays?
Nature tells with laden tongues that God provides
Give the gift of joy's thanksgiving till time subsides.

Deity is the beginning of cherished hopes and dreams
Anchor now the roots of trust within his silver streams
Yesterday is but a myth, the sun forever ripen gleams.

Thanksgiving

To my beautiful daughters who I'm so very thankful for.
Heaven showered down it's waters on my life giving me so much more.
Acrostic poem of thankfulness with a huge smile on my face.
Never have I felt so blessed, and I long for my babies embrace!
Kisses, hugs, kind comments can show your thankfulness to others.
So special love to sisters, brothers, dads, and especially mothers!
Generosity can go a long way, so always express your gratitude.
If it's inspiration you need on this Thanksgiving Day, then enjoy grandma's food!
Visiting family and friends, and making amends can do wonders for the soul!
It can be an exciting Thanksgiving weekend, just watch the kids around the chocolate bowl!
No one should be alone on this day, so invite a friend over for a glorious meal.
Giving love to others should always be the way for you can help a wounded heart to heal!
