Best Inspirationalhope Poems
Holding on to my words
Your kiss
Took the sun
And replaced it with Mars
There is a deep chill
As the heartbeats echo from
Underneath the ground
It could have been confused with an earthquake
But it is the sound of the dead returning to life
Mesmerized, her lips are like to two mountains hidden with
Gold in between
I never thought this would happen to me
I never thought someone could amaze me
I hope not to ruin things this time
Tugging strings
A symphony plays every time a smile exudes from her face
Dear Lord,
I hope she is the one
That will be the one for awhile
Ladylove, what is your name?
Truly irresistible,
Marilyn Monroe does not have anything on this girl
If for instance, I was interested
You would be more interested in the football star
The trail of perfume you left behind
Reminds me of my cowardice not to ask
Taking the chance not to get hit by the
Suave man in a suit and tie
Rewind,
Now I took the chance and you are mine
No more looking in a million different places
True or not true
“This is the best rodeo ride”
Yes, I finally made it to a fifth round
Releasing the floodgate of emotions
Are we there?
We are from away from home
Don’t look down
The stars are reflecting from your eyes
I would give all my money away
And be poor and in love
Just for one day
This kind of love creates shooting stars in the sky
Voice like an angel
If “Michael” means arch angel
Her name must be Michelle
The secret quest is now revelation
With Crimson Satin upon her breast
Clings to her body’s frame as if a test
Draping soft curves along her trim waist
Longs to depart without lingering haste
She has everything I want to know
I can take days just tasting
THE ANGRY SEA
The eye of the storm is lurking at sea
Is it Gustav or Hanna waiting to be?
The angry waves ravage the coast
The people must leave
Without any hope.
The stronger the storm
The darker the night.
When all hope seems dim
Its time to take flight.
When all hope seems lost
When our dreams seem to falter
Lest we forget to
Turn to the alter.
Our Lord and our God
To you do we plead,
We love you our Father
It’s you that we need.
Don’t let us forget
to thank you dear Lord
You don’t send the storm
It’s of one accord.
We pray the sun will rise again,
The storm will pass
We’ll see our friend.
The ocean will calm
The sky will be blue
We love you dear Lord
We’ll always be true.

How richly sings our heritage,
O, that of days gone by.
When strangers first traversed these shores
under that of a foreign sky.
So distant from the lands they knew,
these pursuers of another life.
They came in quest of better days
and an end to their days of strife.
Their hope was not in that of men
and the lands from which they came.
But so to find a fuller life
while their families remained.
At peace with hope and offerings
as new endeavors peaked,
To leave behind those memories
as stability they seeked.
In a land where freedom is the salt
of this, God’s good, green earth,
in recompense of hours spent
in searching for their worth,
Adieu to those familiar shores
that the forefathers had trod,
Onward unto new paths of change
created alone by our Glorious God.
The struggle is
over
Utopias have become
wastelands
Once we knew - or thought we knew
Such a different reality
Time erodes all societies
The hands of the clock
burnt away the structures
we once believed were so strong
The vaccum which
has been created
leaves us
with an empty feeling
But if we open the
doors which have been
created recently
We will find a path
leading us out of
the confusion
The summer sun
shines on a changed
world
Before you give up hope
Reflect on past
mistakes
With hope as our
guide
We can carve out a
new path
Let's touch the world
lightly
Our fate is becoming
clearer every day
Breath deeply of
the atmosphere of
freedom
taste
the rich wine
which is being poured
by a hand we cannot
see
but can perceive deep
in our hearts and innermost beings
Time gracious... free... sadly
slipping away on by some... .
Sweet as the twilight Sun... .
Being blessed by this through God's quest
for evenness a perfect equality for all.
Through His compassion, grace... I see here today,
in their innocence the birds fly by me all bellowing out
tweeting-gingerly as-they sing through the Summer Spring,
and Fall through the precious and always looming... if I'm willing
to look... Winter sky's... .
Looking at the mountain's-as they rise and fall again to greet the glory
of the humble-prairie lands. As the snow falls softly whipping around
glistening in the quiet known by me now of these still mornings.
The Sun always brimming, like one big fervent, little giddy
grand blue snuggie, is all too delighted I feel now to bring
me the opportunity time and again to embrace them in
their brilliance.
Love, I consider now to be the hope willing reliance,
faith, yes joy the simple clarity brought to know the
beauty of all of these gracious and even more
eminent things, and so I believe it too this is
why some flags are flown as such.
Waving about for all this honest passion,
opportunity for the another, as I believe it
is their-certain vision of whiteness, readiness,
pureness, being the prudent example, the one
brought again, and again... to remain open. The
innocent color yes perfect reflection of their desire
for peace... !
Time, gracious and free, sadly, though I hope still
now it not be this way with you if it is, because as it
is I have looked, felt and seen been shown through
the loss of some of it myself, it still... slips away on
by some... !

You moved away to try to forget
Your problems followed you were caught in its net
Now you’re back to face it all
Picked up the phone and gave me a call
Of course I came to be at your side
To help a friend and to be a guide
You need to get your problems off your chest
Let’s prepare for the worst and hope for the best
You can’t forget who you are
You can’t forget where you’re from
Lets wish upon a star
And maybe we will rise and overcome
You cannot run from your past
Open the door and make today last
You need to get your problems off your chest
Let’s prepare for the worst and hope for the best
So now you’re here so get it all out
Tell me everything just vent and shout
But know this I’m with you every step of the way
I’ll make you laugh with the works I say
Wipe your tears when you cry
These troubles are great but I won’t watch you die
You need to get your problems off your chest
Let’s prepare for the worst and hope for the best
I’ll be your pill when you need a cure
Remember only God himself is totally pure
These things on your mind will always weigh
They’ll be with you until your last day
You must forgive yourself and then be true
Love yourself and know I love you
~ (~) "Yes to tell the truth whatever I deemed alone so-far-myself in my-lifetime to be-of-
eminent-promise, quiet virtue — is but only a tale I fetched up to be my merry placate... yes
gathered up from the ominous hollo of the wandering winds, told in the futility of my mind
infinitely far-and-a-ways beyond the timelessness of their prudence, love... enchantment
continuing grace; that which I would delight myself in the-hands-of today — and for-the-
remainder of them... if were they to come to pass... ." (~) ~
~ (~) "For-them I would-not-barter a thing... but-offer-all-of-me again... and whatever
pleasures brought-bought-and-sought after-from-then-on yes I pray it would assume a true
peace, for everyone — instead-of-the-clutter wrought-mostly-of-my-own-confusion, and the
certain-hell-it-has brought-me, and another, as a result — but still... given this fact I feel
scars still-grow-old eventually growing over, given-the blessing of-time... life — the struggles
toward an honest enlightenment through faith in Christ all leading to victory I believe today
no-matter — the periodic lack-thereof... ." (~ ) ~
~ (~) "So I consider the experience of this hope as-the-promise-awaiting all-who would-will-
moreover-to fight-to-breathe, God's mercy the breath of life being their release, forgiveness,
their-humble-reprieve... ." (~) ~
~ (~) "Because captivating I think-yes, the-passion-of-a-promise left unfinished — alive... like
the-fury-and-fortitude-of-a-raging-wind, and so it is felt and upheld forever-kept-open —
such-it-is-I-feel-to-own-a-love, unending." (~) ~
~ (~) Be-it-to-death-or-the-journey-beyond, though prompt as time-presses-on so this hope
will always remain. (~) ~
~ (~) "Abounding-of-all good things-peace-forever-carrying its sweet refrain...
and with eternities light shown down... you know I shudder-to think-not...
because where-have I gone-that the-ground has-not risen-up to-greet-me... and-peace-
wasn't-found-eventually...
and at this moment where is it exactly I don't feel safe... through these things I know truth is
always resurrected...
and yes through these propositions I'm sure... so very much more can be deliberated!" (~) ~

Waiting on God
Waiting, waiting, Hope in hand,
Days are spinning out God’s Great plan!
Cumbered about man loses his sight,
Anxiously running…losing his might!
Wisdom crying, ask of me! Ask of me!
God gives freely…To set you free.
Let patience work, perfect and entire,
Free at last, nothing can compare,
At Jesus feet, my soul finds rest,
Peace be still, only He knows best.
Waiting, waiting, Hope in hand,
God reveals His great plan.
THE DARKNESS LOOMS
Another night the darkness looms
Another day, a rose that blooms.
When hope seems lost to you and me
The glory fades I hope you’ll see.
I look to you above oh Lord
I pray to you for one accord.
When morning comes, I know at last
You were the one who held on fast.
I beg you Lord on bended knee,
I know you always hear my plea.
When I forget to seek your face
When I forget You’re in the race,
Help me Lord to seek you first,
Help me Lord to quench my thirst.
I trust you Lord I know you’re there,
In the darkness sometimes I stare.
I come to you oh Lord I plead
Loving you Lord, I’ll let you lead.

there once was a river, a river called Hope
when it rained in the desert, the Hope would flow
but too much sun has left the soil parched
now the banks are dry, the Hope has dried up
the critters are dying, no where for them to drink
plants are shriveling as they turn brown and shrink
still the sun beats down on this arid basin
no chances of rain on what once was an oasis
there once was a river, a river called Hope
when it rained in the desert, the Hope would flow
if I immersed my soul, it would be cleansed
but the Hope doesn't flow, over or within
If you never take risks, you don't know how to be alive.
You are only the passenger, you never drive.
Take a risk at being the best.
Hold someone close to your chest.
It is about the hope you see from the start.
The hope that one day leads to a broken heart.
It is about the good and bad all in one.
Learning that winners fail, but aren't done.
It is about your triumphs and mistakes.
Giving life more than just what it takes.
It is about the one who tries.
Seeing, if inside them, the phoenix will rise.
Our days aren't always sunny, it does rain.
But you are dead, if you never feel pain.
Life is only about the experiences you receive.
So for the first time, in yourself, believe.
