Bitter Sweet

How can one capture
Life's bitter sweet laughter
Wrap tightly in a box
No keys no locks.

From safe to sound
To no evil bound
For those chains don't exist
Misery left standing pissed.

This is my dream
Where I never scream.
If only it were real
But I awake a haunting chill.

Bitter sweet reality
Slams right through me.
With open arms misery waits
For my soul she takes.

Music Shrouding Misery

This sip tastes so familiar
like sweet canteloupes
mixed with
red dye No. 4.

My body's filter rejects it
at first,
but as with anything
repitition wears it down.

My problem is not with him though
It is me
My unquenchable thirst
for disastrous repetitiveness.

The tremors, the cold appendages
the numb taste buds
the hard to swallow fruit
that has been rotting in the
window sill
of my own tragedy

and i think to myself,
"If i close my eyes and envision ripened fruit it will taste better"

Half-Truths hurt the confused and i swallow Bitter Sweet Symphonies.

My Sweet Temptation

Suicide
My sweet temptation
A sudden fixation
My sudden destruction

Inside the fire

Suicide
My sweet temptation

There are those that beg me to not do it

Others would throw a party
In "honor" of my death
They'd be happy

But the ones that actually have a heart
Try to stop me

But they only change the subject
My smile is only skin deep

Laughter is something I don't remember the feeling of

My facial muscles have become weak
For they have nothing to do

I am so close to the edge
But no one understands
My sweet temptation

Suicide

My one
My only
My sweet temptation

Help me fight it?
For I will die trying
It is something I do not entirely want
But a possibility nonetheless

My one
My only
My sweet temptation

My suicide
