Best Dedicationfamily Poems

Rip Heath Ledger

You've portrayed the lives of many
A soldier, a son, a dad, and the enemy

Who I ask, shall portray your life
In a story to reveal your demise

The Big Screen carries your legacy
Your family keeps quite a memory

Her Daddy she can always see
By watching his movies on T.V.

Such a talent you beheld
Quite a story to be a tale

"Why so serious?" as Joker will say
One of the favorite roles you play

Far to young, to go away
May you rest in peace where you lay

A knight in shining armour you'll be
When again your face, your family will see.

Mothers Are Special

MOTHERS ARE SPECIAL WOMEN
SO ARE AUNTS, GODMOTHERS, AND GRANDMAS
BECAUSE IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD
AND IT TAKES STRONG WOMEN TO KEEP A CHILD FROM RUNNING WILD

OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS ARE VERY SPECIAL TOO
IT IS FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO HELP MOTHERS AND KIDS WHEN THEY ARE GOING
THROUGH

THE LORD HAS EMPOWERED US AS WOMEN
TO NUTURE, TEACH AND GUIDE
GOD SHOWS US WOMEN TO BE LIKE HIM
SHOWING LOVE AND HAVING OUR ARMS OPEN WIDE

MOTHERS ARE EXTRA SPECIAL
AND SO ARE OTHER WOMEN WHO HAVE A HAND
IN RAISING EACH AND EVERY CHILD
TO BE A GREAT, GOD LOVING, WOMAN OR MAN

No doubt the way this poem should start
He was an iron man with a golden heart
I spent many days under a shade tree
Listening to how life used to be
Many days I spend fighting back the tears
For I shouldn't have wasted all those years
I swear if I could do it all over again
I would have listened more closely to him
I have no right as far I can see
To tell of the man who took care of me
Born in the days when men rode a horse
Like a river his life followed a course
A course that remained honest and true
Showed that real men are the things that they do
Raised his family and provided for his wife
A solid example of what matters in life
For his grandchildren he did more than his part
That’s why he's an Icon in all of our hearts
God blessed him far as I can see
For he could play beautiful music with a leaf off a tree
He held his family together his house was our home
No matter what path or how far we roamed
He was a farmer, Judge, barber and a poet
If we needed an answer no doubt he would know it
These days I use his memory I use it to see
The type of man I was meant to be

Just For Caylee

By Michael J Falotico

                                                Book deals will be made..
                                                  For all who won't fade..
                                               Lawyers will get TV shows..
As the media and profits grow..
                                                 Still the guilty walk free..
As a whole family couldn't see..
                                                Rest in peace dear Caylee..
Heaven is a better place for you to be..

Absolutley NO ONE should profit
from this little girls death..Not lawyers,
not Jurors, not family members..Any
money made should go to a missing or
abused children fund...period..
