Best Confusionlight Poems
Silent warnings echo from all directions
Ink smudged skies tell a tale of woe
Stained tracks mark well the path I have traveled
No moon lights the way at the crossroads
Shadows conceal the flawless pavement
Smooth and even, it beckons me forward
Sights and sounds both familiar and foreboding,
No blanket comforts me at the crossroads
Trees give way to a graveled lane
Fresh cut limbs reveal a path untraveled
Lingering promises of danger and adventure
No rail prevents a fall at the crossroads
Glints of light line a street of brick
Hints of spring bud in jagged cracks
Harmonic dissonance colors a gentle summer shower
No shield stops the raindrops at the crossroads
Silent warnings fade into curious whispers
Amber tones spill hope into woeful darkness
A rising sun lends its warm light to the paths ahead
No excuses – life moves forward at the crossroads
A savior to all but myself, a lantern to light the path for others...Who will light my way, when
will the meaning of my words make sense in my mind? The rock that is my soul slowly
erodes battered by lonely waves on a starlit beach. Until there is nothing left but pebbles in
the sand....
Darkness is my friend?
But light is not my enemy.
Which one should I end.
When they both take care of me.
Darkness keeps me exploring.
So then I seeks light's glow.
Light keeps me believing.
Darkness can be a haven.
When light draws the attention.
Darkness removes the light that's given.
Light drives away the darkness and tension
One day I will decide
And one will be left alone
Until then they will divide
My mind and all that
I OWN!
In the pit of darkness
you shall find the light.
You must search inside yourself,
And the light will guide the way.
In this guiding light you will
find the confidence you seek,
You will find the answer!
Let your mind wonder,
Stop your worries
And just think.
What do you want?
What do you feel?
Amongst the darkness
there is always a guiding light,
You must find your light
and hold onto it.
I give you this copy,
Read it well,
Fore what you think
and what you may do
could determine the rest of your world.
