Grand Pa

>>>>>>>>>>>>>Grandpa came over just the other day,
To see if our fishing trip was still on for this coming Saturday.
I said it sure is, for there is no doubt,
My fishing with grandpa is what life is all about.

We would take a little lunch,
Fish for most of the day.
                             A good time was assured,
                             Any time, any way.

                             The big ones we caught,
Or the ones that got away.
Will be a tall tale to tell,
To my grand kids one day.

Grandpa looked over and said with a smile,
This is better then floating down the river Nile.
I said thank you grandpa , for taking me fishing today,
He said no need to thank me boy, I would have it no other way.
