One day, one time, God spoke to me.
The Creator who knows everything supposedly,
had a question that needed answering from yours truly.
"You're always helping others in need less fortunate than you,
and many of these people aren't particularly liked by you.
Why do you do all of the charitable things that you do?
What's your reward? What's in it for you?
Most times you commit these acts anonymously,
so you receive no recognition, no praise, no publicity.
I Am All And Know All but this baffles me.
Why do you do what you do SillyBilly?"
My reply to my Creator was simply,
"The meek shall inherit the earth and live heavenly
as promised by my Creator of all that is and will ever be.
My Creator has shared that People Helping People is the key
and I'm just doing what I can to relieve my Creator from some of the responsibility.
It's just my way of saying, Thanks For Creating Me."
My Creator then looked sadly down upon me
and said, "I don't know how to say this, but I'm very sorry.
You are hereby sentenced to hell for all eternity.
I need to work on this. Guess you could say it's my pet peeve,
but I don't tolerate any of they who brown nose their deity."
My time spent in hell has dispelled all of the rumors
about God not having a dark sense of humor.
He Is There.
No matter where we go, God is there.
There is not a place He does not share.
We may think we can run and hide,
But God is always by our side.
He knows what sin we may have made,
And with our prayers He can make them fade.
He knows each drop of dew that may fall,
And He knows the sparrow when it calls.
He knows the place of each grain of sand,
And holds the stars in His hand.
By the whispering of the winds, we can hear His voice,
And by the songs of birds – His name rejoice.
Don’t ever think that God isn’t there,
No matter where you roam – that road He’ll share.

Dad not all should be called by this name, for it is an honor and a duty. Some call us
father, some say daddy and some just call us pop...no matter how you say it? If you fail
to do any of these assignments, you failed not just your child, but everyone.
I'm a chef, a maid, a parent, a teacher, a lawyer, carpenter, Plummer, painter, doctor,
trash man, chauffer, guard, friend, enemy, Sheppard, defender and daddy. I get days off
sometime… but my real pay comes when I teach my children correctly, I work some nights
and sometimes even on my day off when needed or when called, I only get off
when sick but always still on guard...This is not a job but an assignment from God... and God
knows... that we all will suffer if I should fail any part of my assignment, but when I get it
right? Angels rejoice and God smiles!
Heard that you weren’t feeling well today,
But God has heard and will answer when we pray.
I’m trusting that God will touch you, and everything will be fine,
And see your smiling face and how you always shine.
Tomorrow will be better, and Gods blessings are true,
So, be encouraged and just know that we love you.
You’ll be up and around before you’ll even know,
Sharing that wonderful smile you have and all the blessings bestow.
So, take care and rest, don’t over do your day.
Just take a little time to rest and do what the doctors say.
Don’t be in any hurry, to run and races,
We want you back to greet all the friendly faces.
We know you’re stubborn, and strong it is no doubt,
But just remember that won’t win you any clout.
Here is my advice, and listen to what I say,
Get lots of rest and take care, tomorrow will be better day.
Get well –
