Look for the incandescent moon,
blossoming into full radiance,
casting sheen to the sky of night.
Smell the delectable pungency of cedar,
canopying the forest floor,
softening your footsteps.
Taste the salty spray of the ocean’s vapor,
spewing its breath onto your pores,
embracing and uniting
you to me.
You will not have to look far,
for I am everywhere you tread.

Together we will traverse the sparkle of night
and the brilliance of day,
on our magic carpet ride,
to peaks that soar and Vanish into the clouds,

Isso é conhecido como "o efeito Bannister".
Costumava-se pensar que não era humanamente possível correr uma milha em menos de quatro minutos. Muitos atletas talentosos tinham tentado, chegaram incrivelmente perto, mas no final falharam em quebrar aquele marcador mágico de quatro minutos. O corpo humano, pensava-se, simplesmente não conseguia fazê-lo. Mas em 6 de maio de 1954, diante de 3.000 pessoas, um jovem médico chamado Roger Bannister fez o "impossível". Ele correu a milha em três minutos e 59,4 segundos.
Assim que a multidão ouviu a palavra 'três' anunciada, eles ficaram loucos. Mas aqui está a parte ainda mais interessante. Roger Bannister não acabou de romper uma barreira física - ele quebrou uma barreira psicológicaum também.
No ano seguinte, Bannister provou o impossível possível, não menos do que 37 corredores também correram uma milha em menos de quatro minutos, e no ano seguinte, outros 300 fizeram o mesmo. Por quê? Será que todos eles de repente tiveram um melhor treinamento, um programa de treinamento mais direcionado, uma dieta melhorada e melhores técnicas de corrida? Não.
A diferença era que todas essas pessoas, que poderiam ter feito isso antes, mas não sabiam disso, agora sabiam que era possível. E assim eles fizeram isso.

The performances that you gave in both of those shows were divine.
I didn't even know that you were dead until about a week back.
Sadly, you died over a year ago of a heart attack.
You began starring in Are you being served in 1972.
You were very talented and that is most certainly true.
It's a damn shame that your life came to an abrupt end.

As a youngster, the stairs were a delight
I ran up and down them day and night
Whenever nobody was around to see
I’d zip down the rail quick as could be
It really was a daring and a bit risky ride
So that’s why to do it, I was forced to hide
It was an exciting and speedy little trip
And made more fun because I had to slip
I’m now old and stairs are dangerous to me
I’d try the banister again if nobody could see
