Lizzie Lizard

At the hour of one
The housework is done
It is time to leave the nest
A sand coloured skin
She wears to blend in
Lizzie Lizard soon is dressed

At the hour of two
When dinner is due
It is time to find a treat
Any fruits that fall
She savours them all
Lizzie Lizard likes to eat

At the hour of three
Beneath a tall tree
It is time - again is time
How high I can go!
She calls out below
Lizzie Lizard likes to climb

At the hour of four
Beside the seashore
It is time on gulls to spy
How lucky they are
She thinks from afar
Lizzie Lizard wants to fly

At the hour of five
( So fast to arrive! )
It is time to homeward walk
Going to her house
She meets Littlemouse
Lizzie Lizard stops to talk

At the hour of six
( The clock quickly ticks )
It is time for counting sheep
Without more to say
She goes on her way
Lizzie Lizard wants to sleep

Me and My K9

On one fine day,

we went for a stroll,

not holding back was he, after seeing his ball.

The suns heat fell down on us with all its might,

our path was ahead, in our sight.

And time to play rose to peak,

running rabbits we saw, near the old creak.

Crackled the far forest looked,

bonkers his eyes shook!

Wind whistled through cut grass,

had our time of play already pass?

Was I just as mad as him?!

Now impatient with those bonker eyes,

growing greater and wide as the sky.

The ball!!! bonkers eyes told me,

the ball!!!!

Throw it......

maybe then we would play,

oh, I say, I say.

Threw it with all my strength one did,

he turned away from me, bonkers eyes started to skid.

Run,

now you can run!!!!

Never stop running,

with those bonker eyes.

Madness and insanity playing with your best friend,

all day long, till the very end.

New horizon never done this before
                                              new landscape
running out of time running out of space out of ink
the only reminder of this reality
pack it up, the thwack thwack of this machine is pulsing
a mind of its own
mechanical brain
mechanical body
keys striking like a viper against the page
a row of steel teeth lashing out against imagination
a row of Buddhist Monks
a row of Muslims
all bowing towards this essence of creation
going in and out of this world
riding the wave of unseen spring time rain
spring time water gushing forth
shared by all
territory mused by all
drink from this chalice, this jug my friends
come join us in this moment
this beautiful sunrise
even the sunset is nice
as the moon waxes
pours out like the candle stick
melting and running down too the floor of the psyche
recall this moment when the light dimmed
shadows all staring in calm desperation
waiting for the sun to rise again
gripping my cold embrace
we hugged
kissed
cried
as the animals howled
and so did we
our perfect random chaos

Sweet Victory

She targets her prey with intense concentration
She aims her arrow with a dignified stroke
Alas her mark is misssed her lot is broken
She reminisces about the path she strode
So clammy and cold, crumbly and damp
She crawls up again to her web to clamp

A stalker unknown a miniscule insignificant
Yet her mark is at peace, ease, oblivious at best
This time she waits she traces her want
She aims and strikes this time she gets her test!
Victory is at hand she has what she has vied
She strides purposefully to claim her prize!

Alotted her share and begotten her mark
Alone she progresses her mind her heart

No Respect

Why are some people so nasty and cruel,
These days it just seems,it seems to be the norm,
Some are mugging and some are killing,
And look what they kill for a couple of shillings,
There is probably little things that we might of stole,
But look at things now, its getting out of control,
The kids today think their all tough,
Lets give them big sentences it time to play rough,
Its time the courts took control,
Lets make some heads roll roll roll,
I was a little sod in the past,
But now i seen the light at last,
If i can stop i child from getting put in a cell,
Then i could stop them from going, going through hell
