Zoa Shen and Cokimjah

soak 1 1/2 cups of rasians in
3/4 cups of conage (one day)
strain and allow to dry
on a bakers rack
mix with one cup of chopped walnuts
plus a pinch of cayeene, and a pinch of salt

in a bowl
wisk 3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of orange juice
2 tablespoons of conage
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 of butter
mix smooth over
a double boiler
soften 1 1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup of goat cheese
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1/4 sugar= tablespoon of flour
mix smooth in a mixing bowl
add raisin nut mixture  set aside

grease a spring board pan
line the pan with a pie crust top and bottom
add a gramham cracker crust half way up the side
and to the bottom.
pour in cream mixture
cut the top of the pie dough in every corner
making east west south and north
roll the dough down in a circle manner
 bake for 45 minutes ( 350 degrees)
serve chilled
