Dear Sotto, Its a brilliant open verse just as brian would like and admire and i love your wordplay and the way it flows from one line to another and how youv especially written “ nectar of ebony & onyx varnishes in liniment to coddiwomple fingers & dactyls tracking ectoblastic layers” your use of colors and such exquisite diction makes this poem worthy of a win definitely! Best wishes! Sending you light always

Hello Sotto, Your words always leave me in awe, and this piece is no exception. It’s like stepping into a dreamscape where every line pulses with texture and feeling. "Hands aegis"—what an opening! It immediately pulls me into this intimate, almost sacred world you've created, where hands cradle and sculpt not just lullabies, but the essence of creation itself. Keep coddiwompling through your creative landscapes. Spring Blessings, My Dear Friend, Daniel

To be honest, I admit that I do not understand the mechanics of Strand's contest. Your poem is indeed deep.
