Zen Mode
when the pendulum swings
does not our attention sway
or are we vibrant within the storm
with love and light our mainstay
to be poised in tranquil calm
is this orientation too not grace
left to our feeble resources
we are a victim of our disgrace
silence then is our soul’s refuge
found within the cave of our heart
bending low in childlike prayer
‘tis here our meditation should start
