You'Ve Lost So Much

As I have watched you internally,
Through those big, luminous hazel eyes,
I’ve taken all that you have told me,
And noticed that since you’ve lost her,
You have lost yourself.

So, Darling, won’t you tell me,
What you are doing with this other girl?
I don’t want to watch as you dissolve,
Into nothingness,
I love you.

I want you to be happy and carefree,
As I see that you were back in the day,
When you had her heart,
When she had yours,
Won’t you just go back to that girl?
