You'Ve Got To Have a Memory Or Two

( To be sang to the tune of - " You've Got To Pick A Pocket Or Two " - From the movie - Oliver! ) When this life Gets you down, You can turn It around. Keep a store of your funny times. You've got to have a memory or two. You don't have to feel so blue You've got to have a memory or two. Draw from the humour of times past. You've got to have a memory or two! When you start Laughing loud, Faces smile In the crowd. Laughter will spread like a virus You've got to have a memory or two. Yes your humour will get you through. You've got to have a memory or two. Spread your cheer to others too. Giggle at your memory or two! When they ask, " What's funny? " Then you tell Your story. Entertain all those asking you. Share with them your memory or two. Then they can laugh along with you Because you have a memory or two. A cheerful mood makes life so bright. Aided by a memory or two. You can do Something good. Inspire your Neighborhood. Help others find cheer on dreary days. Ask them about their memory or two. Listen and admire as they did you... You've got to have a memory or two. Yes your humour will get you through When you focus on your memory or two! Written 12th November 2021

Very clever. I haven’t heard that song in decades. Congrats on your win.

Thanks Craig. Used to watch this movie a lot when I was younger. Particularly loved this part of the film, Fagin and the boys in role play. Such a fun scene. :-D

Oh! this is amazing, Natasha:) I had a doubt, Pete's Dragon has two versions, the recent being 2016, can we choose from that?

Thanks Jo. ... Pete's Dragon (1977) the older one. I don't think the new one has songs in it. Xx
