Youth

Our youth comes once in a lifetime
And numerous are its schemes.
Book of beginnings without end
With its illusions and dreams.

We always remember our youth
Never to return again;
We wish it could last forever
Like the sea, the earth and wind.

Our youth we live just once
While it's hot, able and bold;
There's plenty of time when it's gone
To be weak, cautious and cold.
