You'Re Mine

The love you gave
Is the love I took

Smiling and laughing
With love in the air
We've been friends for awhile
I love the way our hands entertwine
Why do you say such
Horrible things bout yourself
I try to help you
But you don't let me

When everything gets to bad
I'll be here to help
When the pain is unbearable
You can call
And when it all seems
Like nothing
Then I'll make it something

I walked in the door
And our eyes met
I didn't think we'd
Be together
Love is so strange

I just couldn't manage
We've talked for hours
And we've walked hand and hand
I loved every moment of it
When I sit and think
I remember all the
Good times

I see the way you look at me
With your eyes
All wild and gray
When you go and say my name
It makes me want to say
If only you could see
Why I love thee

You're so special can't you see
If only you could be with me
I love you so much
I want to say
If you could see
The heart break you bring me

When you say no
The words you said
Will always show
I'm sorry for
Being such an ass
I just want this
Moment to last

She only wants to
Feel accepted
With the love you
Give her
She will be...
She wants him to just
Run up and kiss her
In the RAIN...
