You'Re Gonna Be Trippin
i am Lao-tzu's water
freely flowing and
damn if i didn't
dam and
over
come
obsticals
objects and
objectionable
things around
and or over flow
ing ching ching the
meditation bell
rings for to relax
but do not talk
for what you've
sought you
can seek
but then i saw
her across the
room and as if
a swan swooned
how was i to try
even not say hello
in the most silent
of ways but i decided
i'd have to try to say
something i couldn't
say so walked her way
but not the path just
the direction she was
toward forward facing
heart beat racing soon
to place myself before
her while running vows
rapidly am i absolved
but to getting
from here to
there i tripped
over a chair
and then our
eyes last met
she was walking
away as i tried
to get unleashed
and then as if
a mind woke
in myself
I spoke
there will be others
brother and more
then chairs to
tear your mind
and heart
away
so come on down
no obstacles
around just
make sure
it's the
mid
night hour
here at the
crossroads
