I cry a little each daybreak
but it's never out of sorrow.
It's because I see you,
unmasked
And i'm always grateful
to the morning sun
for it illuminates and kisses
your face with its bright rays.
Your naked face
is a work of art, my precious.
It's the first thing I see
As I'm rising at dawn
A beautiful face, always
smiling back at me
