Your Turn To Shine

Hold me tight
With your might tonight
I feel breathless sometimes
I need you these troublesome times

I want you…
To marry the night with me
I need you…
To set my solace spirits free
My captive soul is at ease
So please…please…

Don’t turn away…
Like the midnight to the day
Don’t run away…
Like the sway of a butterfly today
I need you and I want you back now
I’m breathing fast and breaking down somehow
Don’t turn away…
I see your shine decay…
Don’t ever lose your sway…
Obey His Word and you’ll stay beautiful in every single way

It’s cold and I need to stay bold
With your might by my side
I feel breathless and old…I need someone to hold…
Me in delight and not leave me behind

I want you…
To marry the night with me
I need you…
To set my solace spirits free
My captive soul is at ease
So please…please…

Don’t turn away…
Like the midnight to the day
Don’t run away…
Like the sway of a butterfly today
I need you and I want you back now
I’m breathing fast and breaking down somehow
Don’t turn away…
I see your shine decay…
Don’t ever lose your sway…
Obey His Word and you’ll stay beautiful in every single way

Don’t turn away from the light in dismay
Don’t turn away with your might today
Don’t turn away and seek delight and come what may
Tonight, we will shine bright…in every single way, single way
Tonight, you and I will marry the night and sweep our worries away

Hold me tight…
Don’t turn away
Don’t feel any fright
This troublesome day
