Your Presence
With every step I take I know you will be with me,
Whether in darkness or in light, with me you'll be.
The roads are unpredictable and some painful,
But with you by my side I have no choice but to be joyful.
With every step I take in the sand I see yours besides mine,
Throught the darkness of the this world I see your light shine.
Through the cold and long winters you keep my heart warm,
Through the long and hard-fought battles you deliver me from harm.
Through the lies and masks you show me the truth,
Your presence and voice through hardships my spirit do soothe.
During times of drougt you give me rivers and oceans,
For all this and more you deserve my everlasting devotion.
