Your Mirror Lies

Your Mirror Lies By Rick Rucker A cursed contraption, your mirror lies! It cannot see you through my loving Eyes! You seem afraid that I will lose interest as we age, Twenty years hence, I will declare my Love of You, from a stage! My Love of you will not go away, It is always beside You, that I wish to stay! From your side of My eyes, you cannot see, How stunningly gorgeous You are to me! Mirrors can only show skin, Not the incredible beauty, that You have within! Use it for dressing, if you must, But, for showing your Beauty, it is a bust!
