This poem was inspired by one of the latest contests entitled Your Kiss from Heaven
Your Kiss From Heaven
Your kiss from heaven is palpable,
When you close your eyes on days and nights ardent prayers;
God’s angels will light your life’s candle,
To guide and protect you each time from all dangers.
Your kiss from heaven ignites the love in your heart,
Also makes you feel the love which everyone imparts,
Giving courage, strength and hope when adversities come,
Having optimism- where you can smile when you’re lonesome.
Your kiss from heaven is given to you each day;
Which sometimes you miss to feel when you’re at work and play,
Can be felt from the rustling leaves and other sounds of nature;
From the rays of the sun and coolness of air – so fresh and pure.
Your Kiss from Heaven is the love and power of God;
Through His Holy Spirit sent down to you from above,
It’s a precious gift to all men whom He dearly love,
Gracing us all, even those who turned away from Him and felt so bad.
